THE ARCANA SPOILERS AHEAD!!!

As he was selling masks behind the apprentice's aunt's shop, he saw them, probably talking to a stranger and smiling, fixing their shoes before reaching the Masquerade once again. Looking into their eyes once he thinks nothing of it, even if he can feel his magic making him feel all fuzzy.

So of course he was surprised when they approached him, their confidence ridiculously faltering for a second before they asked him if he was from around here, as they would have noticed if they had seen such a beautiful person before (come on, you can do better than that).

But it made Asra smile and fall head over heels for them on the first night. So when, at the Masquerade, he recognized them through the beautiful disguise they bought and saw them dancing, he offered them to be that amazing with him, just for the night.

Of course when he left, theywere heartbroken. They thought they would have never seen him again, until the next Masquerade. Their encounters grew less rare, and they obviously fell for each other, but Asra just kept on leaving and leaving. They tried to keep things casual; they really tried, but only Asra knew how desperate he was to get more of them. And only they knew how angry they were at him for making them wait.

Both were just too drunk when they finally revealed how they really felt to each other, and the most passionate and messiest relationship rose.

Then the plague came.

Who knows if Asra wonders if they'll ever be really back someday, just as he met them that night?

Nico Di Angelo x Reader

“I can go anywhere I want, anywhere I want, just not home.”

Nico was used to running away when things got too much: he knew that and he regretted it everytime. Especially after last time when you saw him again after he’d disappeared from Camp and started living in New Rome. The look in your eyes just broke him and he knew he had disappointed you.

The truth was that overtime Nico felt safer away from you than with you. Probably because he was younger and more scared of his feelings, but that didn’t stop you from trying to make him stay.

Sometimes he’d miss you like he’d miss his home that would never exist again. You knew how time travelling messed his mind and how he missed his mother, even tho he would never say it out loud. You noticed how he would always call her ‘Mamma’ and how once you asked for his full name. The way his eyes softened when you tried to pronounce ‘Niccolò’ made you realise how hurt he really is.

Maybe that’s why he kept running.

And maybe that was why you weren’t angry when you finally saw him again.

You forced an hug out of him and sobbed as he stood there for a second. You felt embarrassed by your reaction. “I’m sorry,” you muttered, but before you could pull away Nico hugged you back and rested his head on top of your shoulder.

When you pulled away your hand found his and you mumbled:”I won’t let you disappear on me again.”

You could see how conflicted he still seemed but you also noticed how his eyes got glossier after you said that.

Maybe he didn’t need to run, maybe he needed someone to make him stay.

Will Solace x Gn!Reader

If you knew something about Will is that he was stubborn and he could be very insisting, especially when it came to your health. As summer came, training in Camp Half-blood became nearly impossible but you did your best to keep fighting without fainting.

Your boyfriend, Will, was busy at the infirmary as usual, and you were planning on visiting after your sparring lessons.

So you did. When you entered the room you were welcomed by the same smell of blood and burnt stuff, mainly ever since leo came to camp, and you started searching for Will.

He was treating the wounds of an Hermes kid, when he saw you too. At first he smiled at you happily, making a gesture at you to wait for him, then his eyebrows furrowed as he obviously thought about something that upset him.

You knew that look and you sat there waiting for him to scold you, as you tried to remember something you did that wasn’t healthy according to him.

When he finished treating his patients he stood up in front of you and looked at you with crossed arms.

“You’re emitting radiations. Did you put on your sunscreen?”

“Sunscreen? I’m not a kid, besides I do this everyday,” you whined, but you knew there was no way you could get out of this.

“You’re gonna ruin your skin, and your health,” he practically yelled.

“Why are you so dramatic about it, no one ever puts it on anyways.”

“Well, no one else has me as a boyfriend,” he said proudly.

You rolled your eyes, “lucky them,” you joked, and he laughed as he disappeared for a few seconds to get you some cream that would help your skin regenerate.

You knew better to insist, so you put it on with his help. His delicate hands skilfully putting the product on your skin.

“I’m not even that burnt,” you sighed, but he lightly slapped your shoulder and you winced at the slight burning pain.

“You’re a pain in the ass, Solace.”

He shrugged and kept on treating you.

When you went back to your cabin you found Austin placing a bunch of sunscreen bottles by your bed. Of course Will already asked his brother to.

“You know, you can take them back, it’s not like I’m gonna use them,”

Austin shrugged “doctor’s orders.”

As he left your cabin you felt slightly annoyed but also relieved that your boyfriend cared so much about you. You took one of the sunscreen bottles and played with it a bit.

I guess you’d take care of yourself if that meant Will Solace wasn’t going to be his usual stubborn self.
