Day 1

…(or I guess day 2 considering day 1 was stretching) of the 30 day challenge!

Morning:

5 calf raises (with 2 x 15 lb weights)

5 leg curls

Evening:

2 h dance class

22 push ups

1 wimpy pull up

5 lunge jumps

5 burpees

5 x 1:00 planks

Today was a gentle start since I had a fever over the weekend (feeling much better now, but still a bit tired and stuffy), so I’m glad I’m only on day 1. I definitely need to get plenty of sleep and vitamin C to stay healthy for the next 42 days!
