Nothing brings my life to a complete halt like worrying. My anxiety about the mistakes I’ve made and how unprepared I am for the life to come results in a complete shut down. ————————————— I’d isolate myself, withdraw from conversing with close friends and family, and either spend hours sleeping, or hours wide awake...overthinking it all. ———————————— Matthew 6:25-32 cautions about worry....gives remedies for worry...and yet I still find myself unable to do anything other than what Im taught not to. —————————————— I suppose it all require practice. I wish I can say I’ve been practicing...but I haven’t. I seek to change that.
