Made a racist coworker quit within a week.

Background: So I’m a certified nursing assistant at a nursing home for people with Alzheimers. I work with a a lot of really sweet people and even though the job is super stressful, I love the people I take care of. Thing is 85% of my coworkers are black, and 70% are actually immigrants from all around Africa. Many of them will talk to each other in Swahili and French and many different languages they know. it’s never really bothered me and I actually love it cause I can learn more Swahili and Lugandan. ( I lived in Uganda for three months and plan to go back after getting my nursing degree. ) I obviously don’t understand full conversations but if the person talks slow I may be able to talk for like three mins. I also have two amazing younger sibling who are adopted both are from America but one is black and the other is Mexican, and I believe I got the most loving sweet loud siblings in the world.
