My parents don’t care about boys

Lots of us, girls, was raised with parents that always warning you that boys are dangerous, never stay close to them and be aware of pregnancy. Because boys are not important in your life. But this thought makes them MORE IMPORTANT.  So my parents never said that boys were different, they are like girls. Human. With desires and emotions. You can stay close to them because they are not dangerous for those “desires”. Obviously I mean sex.  For me sex was never a way to rebel or a risk. So I never saw a boy for his penis. I wasn’t able to break rules because there were no rules. My mother taught me how sex works and my father supported me with my problems. And magic internet always help me.

So, for our children, boys and girls. Let’s start teaching them that boys and girls are the same, with desires and emotion and they can be friends and lovers because PEOPLE ARE IMPORTANT, NOT SEX
