I know only like, 5 real non-bot people follow me, but hey you never know...
My partner and I are moving to get out of a bad situation, but it's a lot more expensive than the last time we moved! We can handle the actual truck-and-rent part, but we're short for the getting-settled part.
We're trying to raise funds for new ID/ss card/birth certificate/passports, including legal name change for both of us do we can do that before getting licenses in the new state. We also need to get our cats re-vaccinated; it was time anyway, but our new place actually requires those records.
Here's the link to our gofundme, including a cute pic of our cats at the top: https://www.gofundme.com/f/donate-to-help-with-omenmiks-postmove-expenses
Edit: We made the move, and remained just barely solvent, but 2 days before we left the alternator in my car died (all the electric in my car including power steering went out while I was driving, I literally thought I was going to die), *and then* a day after arriving we found out one of our cats is in end stage heart failure due to a (previously unknown to us) congenital condition, and with everything else we can't afford euthenasia and cremation for our beloved Loki. He's not quite ready to go yet, but the time is coming probably within a week or two, and we don't know what we're going to go.
