Today the void attempted to get on my bedside table, he knows very well he isn't allowed. Thus, I occupied the space with my Nintendo Switch and telepathically communicated with him to vanquish the thought. He did not listen due to there being a 1 inch space for him to place his paw upon. "VANQUISH!" I said aloud, gently removing his paw from the table. "VANQUISH THE TEMPTATION!" The battle continued. Three times did I direct his paw from the table.

Finally, I proceeded to turn the Switch 5 degrees Northeast. Defeated due to the lack of space on which to place his paw, the void vanishes into the distance.

All that remained was the solemn sound of crunching cat food.
