this guy started out poking fun at australian politicians and ended up investigating the firebombing of his own home, during which he uncovered connections between the same politician he was making fun of + major organized crime
JasperDasper started out just curious why everything had suddenly become about trans people and questioning some of the sources used in a book. He came out of it, 4 years later, with a 5 hour long video that connects all transphobia to less than 60 people. (I'm not joking. literally every single transphobic rhetoric and bill passed is because of these 50 or so people.)
If you wanna watch it I cannot recommend it enough; I just warn that it covers a LOT.
has anyone mentioned wehatethecold? he was just a youtube vlogger travelling from Thailand to the UK on his motorbike and accidentally ended up in Nepal while the citizens there were overthrowing their government. he caught all of that on camera from the protestor's POV, helping eradicate any chance of the corrupted politicians turning the story against the citizens. it's super cool, and also an awesome way to see how riots and violent protests can be done properly (e.g. not harming outsiders and those not involved with the group being protested).

You were terribly lucky that Eddie was a betting man. You were totally, entirely certain that you'd wither before you'd ever get Eddie on his knees, that was until he lost. It was a wager for the entertainment, whoever guessed who would come for the night would get a favor from the other. Originally you were just going to get him to make a few free drinks for you, though after almost an hour of him playing with a plastic straw in his drinks you decided you had far better uses for him. "Fuck, that's it, just like that." Your voice is near drowned out by the band on stage, the bass line making your head thump, or that very well could be your own heart beat pounding in your cranium.
