The 2nd artwork I did for the @destielaureversebb event this year!

The inspiration came after watching this video sharing the Italian fairy tale called "The She-Bear." I thought the prompt had some potential to be fun and funny (felt very much like a sort of reverse "Beauty and the Beast" which is one of my fave stories) and decided to go with it and drew up the comic. Lucky for me, the amazing wylf_storm/ @gaoshunenjoyer also saw the potential and wrote up an INCREDIBLE fic that just matches the energy I had while creating this drawing!

They did a fantastic job creating their own re-telling of this fairy tale, so do yourself a favor and go read the story!

FUN FACT: I decided that I wanted to try and make the banner a little different for this story. Since it was based off of a fairy tale, and I am a huge Disney nerd, I thought it would be really fun to try and do a banner that was like an homage to the earlier animated movies where they started with a book. I pitched the idea to my author and they absolutely loved it!

It’s all in the way that girl/boys shirts are made.

Girls shirts have less armpit room then boy’s do and are generally shorter so pulling it off over your head is more practical because by lifting your arms all the way up you make enough room for the sleeves to just slip off.

Boys shirts have more room and are generally longer so it is easy to slip them off over your head.

but if you take a girls shirt off like a boys shirt you will get your arms caught because there isn’t much armpit space.

and if you take a boys shirt off like a girls shit you will still have your head in it when you’ve lifted your arms all the way up because of the shirt’s length.

It has nothing to do with us. It is entirely to do with how our shirts are made. I figured it out for you. YOU’RE WELCOME!

Cas with wings

My chibi Destiel drawing kinda blew up on Instagram (which I did not see coming), so I figured, hey, let’s try the cute chibi chaos again. Somebody said they wanted Cas with little wings, so… boom. Here’s Cas with tiny flappy wings. 😇🪽 And I gotta say, I’m starting to really enjoy drawing these cute little gremlins… guess we’re gonna need a Dean too, huh? 😄

dean should run a local range radio station out of the bunker actually. it’s illegal and he only plays classic rock. no one can tell where it’s broadcasting from specifically due to handwavey bunker magic. possibly they have a tower of some sort even since there could very well be radio equipment in there. anyway obviously there is no schedule and it becomes kind of a Thing among locals like. did YOU catch the mysterious radio broadcast this afternoon because i did :))) no but i did catch the overnight host this weekend, yeah the one who sounds like he eats gravel recreationally. he played 4 hours of bird calls and rated them.
