This morning, I woke up, got ready and then headed into the kitchen to make my breakfast and lunch. It was filthy. I was overwhelmed, mad, upset, disappointed... so many different emotions hit me at the same time and I started to cry and a headache started forming. I wanted to blow up. I wanted to run away. I wanted to collapse into tears, blink my eyes and for the mess to clear. It didnt. Real life happens and I am trying to focus on the fact that those dirty dishes means that my family has food to eat and doesn't worry when the next meal will be. Sometimes you have to focus on the positives and sometimes its really hard, especially when the mess just stresses you out. #bepositive #keepingitreal
