OH THERE IS SMTHN VERY VERY FUNKY GOING ON WITH THE TIME ON HALLOWEEN NIGHT IN S2. SERIOUSLY SOMETHING IS UP HERE, WILL MAY VERY WELL HAVE SOME TIME POWERS. SERIOUSLY PLS READ THIS BC SOMETHING IS UP

a.) WHY is there a soundtrack track called “eight fifteen” for s2 and WHEN does it play and WHY is it the last song on the official stranger things playlist

b.) WHY, when Will is recording mike right before their argument does it show 8:04 on the camera (from Will’s pov) but when joyce watches that SAME scene back, it says 8:15?

But wait- couldn’t joyce just be watching different footage that happens at 8:15 with mike and not the footage that will recorded at 8:04 pm? NOPE!! THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE AT ALL AND IM GOING TO EXPLAIN WHY Regarding b.), there’s no way that it could be both 8:04 and 8:15. Because here’s the thing- when we see the scene from Will’s pov, mike is talking into the camera and asking about max, and the time says 8:04. And then will STOPS RECORDING MIKE/puts the camera down, and the camera does NOT focus on mike again before mike stomps away. This means that there is no way that the recording that joyce sees of mike happened at 8:15 pm. It’s not possible. Because will STOPPED recording mike a 8:04 and does NOT even lift the camera back up before mike stomps away. It is 100% impossible that any video of mike talking at the camera was filmed at 8:15 pm, at least based on what we see in that scene + the time in the scammers in that scene.

So why the hell does it say 8:15 pm during that scene when joyce rewatches it? Why is there an 11 minute difference? And I’d say it was just coincidence/a mess up with the times if it wasn’t for the fact that there’s literally a soundtrack song for s2 CALLED 8:15. And the fact that they CHOSE to show us the camcorder footage WITH the time both from Will’s pov vs from Joyce watching the tape back.

And according to the scene where Joyce watches the footage, Will is yelling for mike at 8:17 pm. Meaning according to the footage that joyce watches, he was in the upside-down at 8:17 pm. But according to the time on Will’s camera at the time, with it being 11 minutes behind the footage that joyce watches, it would have actually been 8:06 pm.

So what the hell happened to cause bob’s camera to have an 11 minute time jump?? Like not just record for an extra 11 minutes but for the timestamp to actually change in retrospect?? There’s GOTTA be something here
