In case it's not clear enough: this picture is official Sailor Moon artwork, I've only done some editing, in this case patching up and removing the background.

New Solar Tech Makes Desalinating Seawater Cheaper Than Producing Bottled Water

Engineering teams around the world have been attempting to develop new methods of seawater desalination.

Scientists in China have developed a more efficient form of solar desalination that uses 47.4% less energy than alternatives. After the first year of testing, the scientists believe that at scale it would be able to desalinate water more cheaply than producing bottled water.

The goal is now to scale the technology for use in coastal areas and islands experiencing water insecurity.

Real thing that changed how i write: I started asking "what does this character think is wrong with them" and separately "what is actually wrong with them." Those two things are almost never the same. She thinks she's too much. She's actually terrified of being too little. He thinks he's bad at commitment. He's actually just never met someone he trusted enough. The gap between their diagnosis of themselves and the real thing, that's your character arc right there. you don't have to explain it. just write both.

Iron is one of my favorite Sinners for numerous reasons but the non-blorbo ones are her sheer commitment to her ideals and hopes. She refuses the chance to get into a cushy Eastside job, travels to Syndicate to establish a medical center on what's basically hell on earth, manages to suppress a Mania flareup by sheer willpower and CHOPS OFF her own arm without hesitation, to help Anne and her patient.

She still helps the gangs, even the ones that literally attacked SALVA, gained the respect of the Legion to the point of being personally invited by Zoya (which is a big deal mind you) and even after declining, it's heavily implied that the Legion is helping minimize the attacks in SALVA.

The woman has more backbone than every single one of her former classmates combined.
