This past week I’ve felt like complete 💩. I ate bad food at least once a day, walked less, and was less active as a whole. I just wanted to curl up and stay there forever honestly. So when Beau asked me to get on the scale yesterday I just knew it was going to be way up there, probably higher than my starting weight, and I didn’t want to. I was afraid of the results. He said, “When was the last time you weighed yourself?”. To which I replied, “I dunno” 🤷‍♀️ So he lovingly pushed/pulled me to the scale and said get on. I was like,”noooooo I already ate a sandwich today it won’t be right!” He said just do it and so I just did. I was down another 2lbs making my total weight loss since 1/18 6lbs. I was excited and surprised! It made me feel good that I had gone down, but also slightly sad that if I had eaten better I could’ve gone down more. So I’m approaching this week with a new attitude!
