The dad says “you need to find a cast iron bowl” which is a metaphor a stable job for life. The girl then finds lots of iron bowls and says it’s not about finding one iron bowl, but having lots of iron bowls that you can have whenever you are: I.e a skill you can get a job anywhere with, rather than a single stable job you stick with.

Oh
My god
When another gay is hired at your job
When you’re the new gay who just got hired
When the new gay get fired for not doing thier job
When the new gay shows up after getting his job back for blowing the manager
When the district manager fires both of you, and the manager, for starting drama in addition to having inappropriate sexual relationships with management.
When you, the unmentioned fourth gay, sat there and ate your food and watched your messy coworkers get fired for starting unnecessary drama.
When the fired for the second time gay finds out there was another gay the entire time
when you’ve been waiting in line for ten minutes and just want to buy some fucking hand soap
This all happened at Lush.
this was a journey
It’s been a hard day for mom and the kids. 😂😂

Destiny vets that have been through this drama a million times:
Ive been out of the Destiny 2 scene for ages now, and I'm curious: why do people like Calus? All the stuff I see about him paints him as this cool, weird alien who really likes Guardians, but isn't he a raid boss?
He is a raid boss, but it’s his puppet-robot you fight. There aren’t a lot of solid details on Calus himself except that he has strong psychic powers and acts through robot-puppets instead of being there physically. But he’s still very much alive and active.
As for why: Many people - myself included - like Calus because he has an interesting middle ground. Most aliens in fiction are either with or against humanity; good or evil. But Calus likes the Guardians, he loves them for their refusal to succumb even against the most overwhelming odds and sees them as the perfect asset to his plans (that, and they killed his arch nemesis Ghaul.) He’s hedonistic and believes life should be lived with pleasure and bliss, and wants to extend that lifestyle to all who serve him. Sound pretty good, right? Except that he’s absolutely not a good person. Yes, he has standards and is capable of genuine good, but he’s self-centered and egotistical. He sees himself as an infallible god and cannot tolerate any sort of defiance, and isn’t hesitant to coerce and threaten people, or even destroy them.
That, and he’s the literal manifestation of the Roman Empire. If you know their history, you should know what dicks they were.
To put it simply: He’s a case of peak Bungie writing. A character that’s unique and captures your intrigue, even if they do disgust you (and Calus is creepy.) He’s a type of character I haven’t seen before and I find it fascinating.
