also “due to this overwhelming consesus we were obliged to fight a massive war” and “the president set us free to enact his plan which was of no benefit to anyone, ourselves least of all”

also the part where he recounts the events of babytown and just devolves into keyboard smashing

fo4 fandom: *treats cait as nothing more than a slutty drug addict*

fo4 fandom: we're so understanding and open :)! why are you criticizing us we're not sexist or racist! it's called having preferences!

i love angry characters 

i love characters who are open and vocal about their anger– whether it is directed at a toxic system, person, or at an event or circumstance unique to them 

i love angry characters because i am sick of anger being seen as something that is uncouth and something that should be restrained, kept quiet, never acted upon 

i love angry characters because i am angry, and anger isn’t always rational, but it is real and deserves to be acknowledged –people and characters should have the right to be loud and angry and for it to not constantly be shown in a negative light

my favorite d&d thing is when someone flubs like a really obvious perception roll or something and the dm gets to be like, “well, you’re pretty sure you’re in a room but you could be wrong”

it is either really wet or really dry, you’re not entirely sure

One time a guy in our party rolled a nat 20 on a perception check, but there was nothing around he didnt already see, so the DM said “You’re not quite sure, but for a few seconds it seems like you’re standing on a giant’s table, surrounded by 5 Giants. Your party seems to look stiff and fake, and Large papers and Dice are strewn around you. Then, everything goes back to normal.”

anyway this is how my new vegas looks on moderate graphics after @moddingpcgames helped me install just 2 low-demand visual mods. it’s about 100% better than i’ve ever had, and runs on integrated graphics

Okay, I just want to make sure everyone knows that THESE are the pictures the president-elect doesn’t like. Bethesda’s gamebryo engine was really designed as an RPG engine. Morrowind was a strict RPG with dice rolls in combat to determine whether you hit. When Oblivion and Fallout 3 were released, they were Action RPGs. Gamebryo wasn’t really made with that complexity in mind, so these types of hack jobs were necessary. 

That’s also why vehicles in Fallout 4 are also laggy on high end hardware.

Today I learned that Bethesda had a bunch of optional official add-ons for Morrowind in addition to the DLC.

It kind of makes you wonder what lead to to them putting so little effort into their more recent games. I mean, Skyrim Special Edition didn’t even change most of the old textures. They just upscaled the old ones.
