Addams Family Values Directed by Barry Sonnenfeld (1993)
what;s the point of having animals if you won’t let them on the furniture, you stupid bitch
nobody likes the “bad boys” who insult and degrade their partners while wearing pastel polos with popped collars, people like REAL bad boys who wear leather jackets and take a lot of care in how they shape their pompadour and carry around stiletto switchblades and care about their communities and ride a motorcycle and rebel against the government and says stuff like “NOBODY insults my gal” and gets in fistfights with dudes who catcall their girlfriends. THOSE bad boys are the guys everyone wants.
THANK. YOU.
lytefoot said: I love your drunk!Hermione headcanon :) Would you do 41 for Harry and Ginny as well? (Partly inspired by cranky Harry in the sketch.)
Are they party-goers? What are they like when they’re drunk? Does it happen often?
Ginny enjoys parties that aren’t formal/stuck-up. She loves having fun with her friends, dancing, eating good food, and having a good drink. Harry can enjoy those types of parties with her alright, though he mostly likes sitting back and watching Gin, as he sits back and hangs with people. He sucks at dancing, but will put an effort in when she cajoles him into it.
They both are miserable at formal events. She’ll find what she can to make it a good time- ‘hey! convinced the dishboy to slip me a good bottle of whisky. let’s go out on the patio and get wasted!’ If she doesn’t have to be there, she’ll not go. It’s not her scene, and she knows she sucks at idly standing by and being the quiet girlfriend who says nothing controversial.
So I see Ginny as being a gal who loves to let loose- I think she’d be down for going to muggle clubs to really have a great time dancing the the music, and gets joyously provocative/cantankerous when anyone tries to interfere with her good time. Like, you do you- but the second someone is like ‘maybe you shouldn’t be singing like that in the street, it is late’ ‘Hey. Hey! F^#$ YOU! :D HEAR THAT WORLD?! F^#$ #@!#!@$ YOUUUUUU’ but has a huge smile on her face as she laughs and holds up both middle fingers. Like, I see her being a happily aggressive drunk who swears. A lot. She’s living in the moment, and don’t you dare try to stop her.
Harry on the otherhand I see as being super sad/nostalgic when he’s drunk. He can be gushy, but I think he goes to pretty miserable when he’s toasted. Boy is a bit of a sad sack.
There’s a small window of opportunity where you can get the fun/dangerous ‘I bet I can make that shot/I’ll take that dare!’ Harry before he reaches saddrunk!Harry. Conditions must be right, though, for him to bro-out and be daring. Ginny is a horrible influence when he’s in that window, though. ‘HELL YEAH, YOU CAN MAKE IT! God you’re so f%^!ing hot.’
When the two are drunk at the same time, He’ll be waxing poetic about how Ginny is so beautiful and he loves her, and she’ll be like ‘take off your clothes right now, I am dtf.’ ‘We’re in a cab!’ ‘DAMMIT, HARRY! Such a PRUDE!’
Harry I don’t see as much of a partier without there being a specific purpose. Ginny is down for a party for no reason other than to celebrate being alive. She’s the type who happily goes out to dance with her girls and teammates. Harry’s happy she has fun, and is totally cool with turned-on-still-drunk!Ginny coming home to him.
I think the second she’s pregnant with James, that’s when she’s like ‘well that was fun!’ and puts up her leather pants- she’s definitely always going to be the one who finds the hard liquor at a boring party, and will still be keen to jump Harry when she’s drunk.
This was a treat from start to finish ♥️
10 favorite movies, GIF edition
No one actually tagged me because I’m a pathetic loser with no friends but I wanted to do it anyway.
Kiss Kiss Bang Bang
Super underrated movie. Very well shot, scored and planned out. Hilarious and always keeps you guessing what’s gonna happen next.
Ella Enchanted
How can anyone not fall in love with this absolutely adorable movie? Hugh Dancy and Anne Hathaway are absolutely perfect.
Harry Potter and the Prisoner Of Azkaban
3 was always my favorite book and was the first HP movie I saw in theaters. It also scared the fuck out of me when I was 11 and there’s just something about this movie. I just love it.
Spider-Man Homecoming.
Holy shit Tom Holland is an amazing Spider-Man. We are so lucky to have this guy in the MCU.
Kill Your Darlings
This movies artsy as fuck but it’s also sad and beautiful. Daniel and Dane just bring so much to the table.
Juno
I have been waiting to dress as Juno for Halloween since I was 16. And hopefully next year I’ll get the chance!
13 going on 30
Holy shit probably the best romcom in the world. Such a wholesome hilarious adorable movie. How can you not love it?
The Breakfast Club
I’ve seen this movie more times than I can count. A cinamatic masterpiece that spans generations.
The Amazing Spider-Man 2
Let’s be honest, any adaptation of Spider-Man is amazing but holy SHIT is Dane Dehaan the best Goblin we’ve ever had.
Clue
I never thought they’d be able to make a fucking board game into a successful movie but damn. They did.

The artist is luo li rong
The statue doesn’t have big enough titties to have been made by a man.
I know I’ve reblogged this before but the schadenfreude is too delicious.
By the way, the statue is called La mélodie oubliée (The Forgotten Melody). Luo Li Rong also painted it:
And here she and the statue are in a more formal setting (museum or art show, I can’t tell):
“Dork ass losers”
OK not only do I think she’s a sorceress but now I have a massive crush on her
This is hands down the most beautiful statue I’ve ever seen 👀👀👀👀
◈ my forever favorites: (13/50) male characters ◈ Eric Northman
Everything ends. Even the immortals.
One of the first places we shot on the pilot of True Blood was Sam Merlotte’s Bar. The kitchen Suzuki Ingerslev built in Merlotte’s had a walk in freezer & working gas burners. It remained my favourite set throughout all 7 seasons - when shooting in Louisiana many months later she took us to the actual bar she had used as inspiration. It was almost as amazing as our Merlotte’s, but not quite - They didn’t have a Lafayette. In the scene that was being shot that day, Lafayette, a male cross-dressing short order cook in the show, was expounding on his theory of men’s fear of the female anatomy.. specifically, the vagina. ‘I know every man whether straight, gay or George MotherFuckin’ Bush is afraid of the pussy..’ I’m not sure I have ever seen, before or since, people crowd around a monitor at video village with their hands clapped to their mouths from shock, sheer laughter and wonder as the actor playing Lafayette jiggled and shook and humped the butchers block to get his point across. it was completely original, funny, sardonic, risqué and brilliant. That was Nelsan Ellis. All of the above. I turned to Alan Ball when the scene was finished and whispered… ‘you can’t kill him!’ (Lafayette’s death at the of the first book is the cliffhanger that leads to Book 2…) Nelsan Ellis was the only actor in the 7 years of True Blood whom Alan allowed to improvise. Actually, I’m going to take that back. It wasn’t that Alan allowed him to do it, it was more that when Nelsan inhabited the world of Lafayette, he quite literally COULDN’T STOP himself. It was like he was possessed. In actuality Nelsan was quiet, smart, thoughtful, warm and kind. A published playwright himself. I think it would be fair to say that he taught all of us that intent and courage and fearlessness and freedom are the aspects of playing make-believe that spark the corners of the room where the dark is most impenetrable; to shine a light on those corners within ourselves is the very reason we go back time and again to Movies, TV shows and Theatre. To see that spark ignited. Nelsan had that electricity in an abundance I have rarely seen. I can’t believe he’s gone. - Stephen Moyer [x]
Nelsan Ellis as Lafayette Reynolds in the iconic scene from True Blood R.I.P Nelsan
THE most iconic scene in this show. Period.

Dear Anyone Who Hates Cats
My cat literally sleeps next to my face until she thinks I’m asleep and then she’ll move to the end of my bed. If I wake up at night she’ll go back up to me head and stay with me until I fall asleep again. In the morning she’ll follow me when I call her. She’s a precious lil nugget.
My best friend!!!!
I LOVE HER.
i would die for that cat
