You can’t and shouldn’t expect other people to know how you truly feel. If you’re having trouble with something, feeling uncomfortable or sad, talk to someone about it. We all fantasize and idealize the idea of “if you really love and care about me, you should know without me having to explicitly say it.” Get rid of this mentality. If you want to change, you have to make an effort. Don’t keep drowning deeper and deeper in negativity. Come up for air. Swim out to the surface and shout for help. If you can’t swim, fight and kick! Make numerous ripples and waves that will get you noticed. Nothing comes out from silently sinking to the bottom. It only gets darker and darker.

Please fight for the air and light you desire. People are waiting for you on the shore.
