Hey just like a general reminder that content creators do this for free. Like I really don’t think some people grasp this concept. For free they share work they spend hours, days, weeks, even months on and still some of you have the audacity to demand for more, for something different, to comment on who the content is centered around. For free. Which means they get nothing out of sharing this with their followers except the general enjoyment of creating and the likes, reblogs, and comments from their followers.

Not one single content creator on this site owes anyone a damn thing. Because this is a hobby for them. Something that they do most times on top of working, school, family, friends. It’s supposed to be a fun, creative outlet for them in a world that can already be pretty shitty. Not another place for them to get beat down into the ground.

And for those of you who need a lesson in overall human decency, hear this: the anonymous ask feature does not give you license to be a fucking bully. Because no matter how you slice it, when you go into someone’s inbox who works tirelessly to provide you with free content and then attempt to “drag” them or complain about the free thing you’re getting, you’re a fucking bully. And you need to grow up.

A final thought. If you were constantly bombarded with negativity in a certain aspect of your life, or in a situation that was emotionally and mentally exhausting day in and day out. If you were in a relationship that was one sided and toxic and they talked down to you and only asked for more more more or put you down while not building you up or giving you anything back - would you stay?

Treat your content creators kindly. Be a decent person. Otherwise you’ll be complaining even more when said creators deactivate and bottle up their creativity because they were mistreated time and time again. It’d be a shame to lose talent like that, right? It’d be a shame if they no longer found pleasure in something that once made life a little less shitty.
