And. 11 times (that i rmb, might be more). Over 31 years. It's once every 2.8 years

It feels like a lot, so it got me curious:

#at least 12 #that I remember anyway #and I just turned 30 #shockingly I've never actually broken any bones........#a lot of allergic reactions #a wrist sprain once #uncontrollable bleeding from my insulin pump site one time #uhhhhhh #when I was diagnosed T1D #I had what they think was gallbladder spasms one time #one time as a teenager my menstrual pain was so severe coupled with a debilitating migraine that my mom took me to the ER #bc Surely something had to be wrong #but they did an US and ran other stuff and sent me on my way with narcotics #the worst part about that is that 8-9 years later #multiple docs are convinced I have endometriosis #like ALL signs point to endo #I get set up with a specialist out of town #get a laparoscopy #there's nothing there #so no one knows why my insides hate me but it's fine I guess
