What are your favorite resources for learning fundamentals about art?

I have been drawing for about 8 months now and I’d really love to learn how to properly shade, how to block for comics (I know how to storyboard as I majored in film studies and production), but I feel like I can’t really improve until I learn more.

Shading and coloring are my biggest issues! Also, I’d love to learn more about doing cartoony line-art (I love drawing with a sketchy style, but I also want to do more chibi-style stuff).

Anyway - any recommendations, preferably websites, would be really welcome!
