these are some niche things i have in my script for my relationship that i haven't seen others script...feel free to script any number of these, although you don't need to script anything at all for your subconscious to know what you want!

#YAP ABOUT MY (new!) DR: STEVEN UNIVERSE

first of all picture me, big haired, small waisted, relatively broad shouldered, ethereal and slightly uncanny looking, shorter than garnet but taller than pearl—im kinda just like i am always in my other drs. for as long as steven has known me, this is the vibe:

just a normal looking human right? bzzzzzt! wrong, im actually another gem (which one?: idk. im undescisive bc there is no singular gemstone with the whole colour range i want. i like opal, but then where do i get the golden and black from. and i like amber, but i dont want to be so orange. honestly idc for what it ends up being), you may be wondering why am i so human lookin? for the looks is just luck that i dont happen to be green or blue etc, plus some shapeshifting. the reason for the style is that i actually have lived in human society alone for a while, because didn't come with the crystal gems, and was on earth before the rebellion started. this is kinda the vibe of how i looked waayy back then:

i was on earth even before pink (as rose) visited and started wanting to preserve the life and rebel against the diamonds, although, really i was made in the homeworld, thats where my "story" really started.

made for pink diamond to entertain her, in a different way pearl and spinnel were made, because pink didn't want a companion that simply did everything she was told, i turned out more independent, interested in art and adventure. but my company didnt last much, because i didn't like the idea that i was made for her and she could sense my resentment.

and so, i was sent to earth temporarily and unofficially, with the mission of studying the place and maybe "decorating" it, pink saw herself in me and thought i would like earth. and i did. when i told her i wanted to stay there without much explanation, that was a biiiit of a push for her to finally visit too. the humans of that time (like 6000 years ago) included me, as weird as i was, and i adapted pretty well, until i learned about human death and it's eternity, and i got stuck in the grief, hidden on a cave dormant and poofed as a gemstone. it was thanks to that that missed the whole war, and i wasn't another victim of the diamonds' corruption light they sent to earth when they found out pink diamond was "dead".

it was only thousands of years later that the willingness and curiosity to experience more of earth won over the grief, and i unpoffed, quickly joining society pretending to be just one more human, although awkward at first, i learned pretty well, how to behave, what is common knowledge, and since humans had studied it better i had a whole lot of knowledge about things of earth. superficially, i came across like stevonnie did at the donut shop, yk? and to get by sometimes i worked and made some songs here and there.

some years later, after travelling around, i started hearing rumours about a beach and it's quirks. it made me curious, so i went and i happened to meet the gems and a recently born steven universe. at first when i revealed i was also a gem they didnt trust me (which i wasnt expecting, i simply wanted to be around others like me), but when they saw how well i knew how to treat steven (thanks to me being in human society for years), specially compared with how they were dealing with it, they kinda let me join them.

even though we never interacted before, pearl and me recognized eachother from back then, with pink diamond, so now she was often on edge around me, fearing i would find out and reveal her secret (how rose really was pink diamond), and she was a bit right to be on edge, because i did know, because i had seen how she always followed pink's word, and for her to suddently follow rose and go against pink made little sense. unless they were the same person. but that's none of my business, so she shouldn't have worried so much.

in the group, i can be similar to garnet in the sense im good at being the mediator of conflicts and the voice of reason, but i may be better at putting myself on everyone shoes. i can be alike to pearl, in the sense im knowledgeable and secretive, but im not as proper and strict as her. and like amethyst i can be lazy and hedonistic, often seeking fun and comfort, but we're different in what im similar to the others. im the youngest of them in terms of years of experience, for reference around greg's age or probably even younger than him.

towards steven, he often relies on me to tell me what troubles him, and im good at giving him advice and helping him, especially with human things when greg isn't being too helpful. im also good at calling the rest out when they're not being very good to steven. the only disadvantage i have is that i never met rose exactly, so i can be bad at conforting him about things regarding his mom, or he can feel like he doest want to listen to whatever i say about it because i never did knew her. me and him also share guardianship over a cat.

steven finds out pretty late about me not being part of the crystal gems in the same way the rest is, but he did often notice they treated me differently, like they trusted me less. that distance from them only went away after many heart-to-hearts, theyre so cute and funny tho i still like them and i hold no grudges ab it.

after steven learns his mom, rose, actually was pink diamond, i help fill in some blanks, but its not like i knew much of her either.

what makes vivienne rivera … welp, vivienne?

i . curly fries: my curly hair is one that i script in all my dr’s. it’s a constant reminder of my similarities towards my mom and sister. It’s hard to manage but i won’t trade it for anything less.

ii . cutie mark: i have a few birthmarks that i script in all my dr’s, i have one on the back of my right calf that looks like a left a band-aid on while tanning and on my upper thigh near my right hip i have one that looks like spilled coffee stains on paper. on my shoulder blade i do have a weird looking star shaped mark, my sister and i joke that im a sort of alien because of it.

iii . like a scar of age: i have a few scars that are linked with certain memories and i adore them so much i script them in alongside the scars. the first one is one that’s smack dab in the middle of my brows, quiet literally, i have a scar in the inbetween of my brows due to me getting hit by a metal bat. i never let my brother live it down. the next one is one on my knee, tbh i don’t remember when i got it bc i was as clumsy as a baby giraffe when i was a kid. i always fell on my knee and suddenly one day i just saw i had a scar.

iv . venus is a boy: i have back dimple or as they’re called venus dimples. thats it. i love them so much, i used to be bullied as i kid because of them for some reason, but as i grew up i just stopped gaf and adored them bc they’re the cutest things in my body. although my cousin say it would be cool for me to get the venus dermals, but the only place i will ever piercings are my ears.
