I’ve done the line work so it can be scanned into a transparent so it can be burned into the screen. Also I accidentally made the s in your name capital but I kinda cant change it now so uhmm.. yea my bad man

This is a Very rough sketch nI’ve had to change things up for it to be possible to do a monoprint (one color). There cant be gradients so everything has to be hatched. Im gonna go over it much neater in marker, its not gonna be this messy n the words are gonna be even. Btw if you have any issues with me changing the design this much please tell me. Srry for the mini rant n if you dont want progress updates, again, pls tell me

I'm in a printmaking class and I wanted to ask for permission to take inspiration, or if you're okay with it, just make your "We have always been here" piece into a print as is. Ofc I would give credit n say it's not mine, and I can put your @ someplace in it if you want. Its specifically screen printing btw, so if you're okay w it, it could be put on shirts and stuff. It's fully fine if not, I just saw it and thought it was a beautiful message /gen

i'm absolutely okay with that and would be honoured!! i don't mind my art being used for personal reasons - although please don't sell anything you make with it. if you do end up making a screenprint i'd love to see pictures :)

in a world that sometimes feels unrelentingly dark there is something so beautiful in celebrating the most mundane parts of ourselves for a day. there are trans people everywhere; we are teachers, artists, scientists, mathematicians, parents, grandparents. it's easy to dehumanise those who you cannot relate to, but when you realise that there are trans people in your community, places of worship, at work or school, you start to realise that we are not all that different to you. trans day of visibility has always been so special to me because i see it as a time to celebrate the diversity of the trans community. we are everywhere!! our existence is forever woven into the tapestry of human history and therefore we can never be fully erased. we will keep existing despite it all, and that is so, so beautiful to me.

This is something that is so deeply meaningful to me, I came out over a decade ago and the world hasn't gotten any easier - I'd say it's actually become a lot harder for young trans people. That's why it's so important to have safe, consistent and uplifting spaces.

made this music video with my friends a few years ago, we all met on a minecraft realm and became close and one of us wrote two songs about the game so we all filmed a music video together where each of us got to showcase our favourite parts of the game (mine is building hehe) you can skip to 15:00 if you wanna see me but i rly recommend watching the whole thing it means so much to me
