Concept Art for The Netherworld

As per usual with these sorts of things, I obviously had to personalize the Netherworld to go with my personalized Beetlejuice cast. I combined the cartoon and movie worlds to make a whole new amalgamation, and removed a lot of the desert theming to lend to it's separation from Saturn (they're totally different places). This isn't quite finished; I want to do a fully-rendered version at some point with clean lines, shading/lighting, and adjusted colours, but for now I wanna move on to another project/drawing, so I'm gonna back-pocket it.

Another new art update!

I've been lucky enough to commission great artists recently on a few illustrations for my fics, with more to come.

It's a tense moment in chapter 14, The trap, in "Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice: Revelations and Resurrections" the first book in my fanfic series. BJ and Lydia have found themselves trapped on Titan, surrounded by starving and mysteriously collared sandworms.

This ask may be a bit peculiar and I don’t know if it falls under your “mature” label, but I was wondering if you could possibly make a drawing of Barbara Maitland wearing a Turban?

I don't feel comfortable drawing Barbara in a turban, especially because they're a religious article of clothing, and I don't consider her to subscribe to that religion and I don't want to have her appropriate someone else's culture That being said, it did inspire me to draw her this way; imagine a lady driving around in her convertible. It's a warm, sunny, breezy day, and she's wearing big sunglasses to protect her eyes while she drives, and a scarf to protect her hair from the wind. I just thought Barbara would look so cute like that, buuuuuut, I didn't wanna draw a car

Lydia wants to be scary so bad, but she's just a creepy lil girl and she's out-scary'd by everything around her, but that just makes her even more impressive
