☆┇my weekly ritual to make sure i keep up with myself! life can be exhausting, having one dedicated day to take care of yourself can make the biggest difference throughout the week
Before Shower:
☆┇sugar scrub to exfoliate lips, and follow with a lip mask
☆┇pluck eyebrows, trim if needed
☆┇pluck/wax your girl mustache
☆┇use almond oil on face to shave baby hairs and to gently exfoliate your skin, this keeps skin smoother and makeup sits better
Everything Shower:
☆┇start with double washing hair with a clarifying shampoo, and follow with a hair mask. put hair up in a claw clip and let the hair mask sit until the very end of the shower
☆┇wash body first with sensitive skin dove bar soap
☆┇exfoliate EVERYTHING, only do this once a week it can harm your skin
☆┇wash body a second time with your favorite body wash or shower gel
☆┇shave whatever you prefer to shave
☆┇wash your face and brush your teeth
☆┇rinse out hair mask
After Shower:
☆┇right when you get out, put on lotion first and then body oil
☆┇skincare: toner, sheet face mask, face cream, eye serum, and then lip mask
☆┇any hair care you do, like leave in conditioner and hair oil
☆┇after my shower, i like to do all my nail care and paint them. they have more time to dry, i can let the nail oil soak in, and they won’t chip as quickly
