Ginfaxi is one of the two shoe staves. Traditionally these staves were kept in the shoes, gapaldur under the heel of the right foot and ginfaxi under the toes of the left foot, to magically ensure victory in bouts of glima (Icelandic wrestling). Blue goldstone is an uplifting stone. It vibrates with the frequencies of new beginnings and balance. Associated with the Throat Chakra, it encourages acceptance of who we are, to express authenticity and no longer deny our truth. In physical healing, it has the same attributes as copper; helping soothe conditions of the joints and reducing stomach complaints stemming from anxiety.
