You lay back on cold, unforgiving stone.
A sanguine pool forms, slowly, beneath you.
It's time to wake up.

essence: one who embodies their aspect or manifests through their aspect, and in an attempt to understand it, will suffer their aspect or through their aspect in the process
victory: the order and finality of mystery, wisdom pertaining to emptiness, the acceptance of unknowables
essence of victory: one who embodies and manifests through their acceptance of the unknown, and will suffer through the desire to know what they already perceive to be ultimately unknowable
mundane: in everyday life, an essence of victory is a self-sabotaging sweetheart. they will, as all void-aligned do, put their loved ones before themselves, and ultimately become a sort of passive glue in their friend group. mix in doom, and suddenly they feel like their usefulness to others is all they’re good for.
in this sort of title-locking manner, the essence of victory will attempt to become the textbook definition of a secret. they will try to keep their real feelings to themselves, even in the cases of discussing personal events in their life. this sort of dissonance between logical openness and emotional secrecy causes their friends to believe they’re closed off, when they themselves believe they’re far too open and self-oriented in conversation. this makes their relationships with others more difficult to maintain, as they’re simultaneously fantastic and horrible at keeping secrets and being open.
in terms of knowledge seeking, the essence of victory is quite the spectacle. despite their attempt at a secretive nature, they’re desperate for understanding of the unknown. this desire to decipher and understand what’s virtually impossible to create a definitive answer for will often result in a crisis of faith, leading them to either experiment in various religions (especially paganism) or identify as agnostic in an acceptance of not knowing the unknown.
within this understanding, they might even end up finding religious attempts to classify the unknown frustrating at some point, as despite their own desire to understand and explain it, they know the unknown can never truly be understood by categorization and simplifications used by organized faith.
this constant desire to become connected with otherworldly, incomprehensible concepts will also likely result in one or more questions regarding one’s true self, whether it be in identity, a suspicion of suppressed memories, or even otherworldliness (starseed, indigo child, earth angel, etc.) in an attempt to understand what it is they feel like they’re missing about themselves. this inner conflict will drive them absolutely bonkers for periods of time depending on how much they’re willing to self-reflect at any given point.
an essence of victory’s main challenge is to learn, through their suffering, to be okay with not having all the answers about indefinite topics, especially about their inner self.
at worst, an essence of victory is irrational, ungrounded, anxious, secretive, reclusive, and incredibly nosy. their hunger for knowledge about abstract ideas can drive them to fixate on a concept for anywhere between hours to weeks, potentially resulting in the forgoing of self care in favor of knowledge and theory gathering in the more extreme cases. they, despite knowing there are some questions with no answers in every context, will try to fix and solve and conquer every challenge in their path, even if it has nothing to do with them. after all, having the knowledge means having the control, right?
at their best, an essence of victory is wise, gentle, at peace, spiritual, guiding, comforting, and aware. they understand their lack of understanding, and can accept the nature of some things simply being inaccessible to the human race, often for the better. they know true stability comes from trust in the unknown to continue to just be, and not from having a grip on more knowledge than anyone else. their beliefs in this zen state are truly mysterious, as their intimate bond with the void creates an understanding of just how limiting language can be to abstract concepts. it’s as if, after struggling for so long to understand, accepting the lack of available truth was the key they needed all along to truly embody what they so deeply wanted to connect to.
magic: in terms of magic ability, an essence of victory has direct communication with horrorterrors. being the literal embodiment of absolute secrets, an essence of victory would draw their power from the unknown, and likely develop a sort of warlock-like bond with a patron horrorterror. after suffering through the absolute horror and terror (ba dum tss) of seeing these beasts and knowing the truth of them, the essence of victory would then be able to inflict this same fate all at once on an enemy, debilitating them with the real life equivalent of psychic damage. this sort of transmutation could be performed through proximity or physical contact, as those secrets are kept within the essence of victory like an overflowing potion bottle.
the magic itself would appear anywhere between blackish like a tar substance and speckled white with dark color undertones like a miniature universe. the nature of the secrets could be seen just underneath the substance, in some cases pertaining to a translucent quality to the essence of victory’s skin, revealing the magic directly underneath. when activated on a victim, the substance’s color appears to take over their eyes until the effect wears off.
additionally, using the power of the absolutely unknown, an essence of victory would be able to teleport wherever no living creatures are viewing. if absolutely nobody is currently thinking of or perceiving a specific spot in space, they’d be able to appear in said spot without any indicator or trace, able to travel around like an undetectable shadow.
vigilante (knight + rogue) of extinction (time + doom)
vigilante: one who protects and redistributes their aspect or protects and relocates through their aspect
extinction: the finality and order of timelines, the wisdom gained through the suffering of the passage of time
vigilante of extinction: one who protects and redistributes the finality and order of time, or through the finality and order of time
mundane: in everyday life, a vigilante of extinction is what you might call defensive. whether it be of themselves or of their friends, their fiercely loyal yet isolated and secretive nature causes a constant, underlying feeling of needing to stay hidden as a protective measure.
the vigilante of extinction would likely be found alone, pushing people away as best they can; after all, every relationship is doomed to fail over time, and it’s easier to be sure someone will hate you than to guess if they’ll like you, right? this is a defensive barrier they’ve constructed around themselves, building up an Edgier Than Thou sort of feeling around them when, in reality, they’re actually a huge-hearted, incredibly sensitive sweetie who will strangle someone for their friends.
the few people who do make it through their emotional barrier are there to stay. a vigilante of extinction, once attached to someone, will grip on and never let go, for better or for worse. struggling with change, they will find it difficult to let new people in, but this also applies to letting people back out. for the people they’re closest to, they’ll dedicate their dying breath.
hope players not only confuse but frighten them, and a vigilante of extinction is likely to believe anyone with any sort of positive outlook is hiding some deep, dark secret(s). they are very logical-minded and rational, possibly even excelling in math or a similar calculative field. their ability to discern practical outcomes through the veil of any “interfering” emotions allows them to give great advice to the few people they’ll give the time of day in their life, though they often spend too much time trying to over-rationalize and explain their own feelings to be much help to themselves.
their challenge, as players, will be to learn how to trust people, and to just be okay with existing without having to question or rationalize every emotion they ever experience. it’s alright to just exist sometimes without putting labels or definitions on everything, yknow? not everyone’s out to get you, and you’re not any less valid for not having words to describe certain feelings. it’s okay to just be.
at their worst, vigilantes of extinction are defensive, dramatically edgy, contradictory, closed off, spiteful, clingy, harsh, blunt, hypocritical, and unable to read social cues. if neurodivergent (likely), they probably have flare ups often and seriously struggle with coping or functioning in an emotionally oriented society. they’ll also find other people’s struggles deeply irritating and frustrating, as they can easily see the path to betterment and don’t understand why people won’t just take it. this is especially true if they used to have said problem, or currently do, and can cause their compassion for people to appear as entitled or ignorant, which could very well be their worst fear.
feeling this sense of often-unwarranted frustration will often make them feel like a bad person, only furthering the depth of their monster complex situation. they’ll also often spend time arguing with themselves, unable to just let emotions and logic coexist without having to force them to match exactly. as logic is their most validating skill, if their emotions don’t line up exactly, they’ll feel stupid for feeling them.
at their best, vigilantes of existence are protective, wise, incredibly loyal, gentle, honest, affectionate, and full of passion. they find deep enjoyment in everything they do for themselves, and are able to use their suffering and experiences to guide others on the path to a better mental state without overexerting themselves. they’ll say what needs to be said, and try their best to hear what needs to be heard. in this peak state, vigilantes of extinction make great co-leaders, treasurers, and mediators, able to rationalize the best course of action for most anything.
but this logic doesn’t hinder them from being deeply passionate and sensitive, with plenty of deeply-buried ambition to support a project. they’re some of the hardest workers out there, when they really want to be.
magic: the redistribution and protection of the alpha timeline, aka the “final” timeline. a vigilante of existence is tasked with keeping the universe on the right track. for this reason, they’re likely to not favor other time players or witches, as those who interfere with the major flow of time are their foil.
with this in mind, a vigilante of existence can negate other time powers, and enhance doom powers, as a means of promoting order. they can use the past of their timeline to accurately predict the coming events on a broad scale, and make sure things go accordingly. they would also be able to save a doomed timeline by correcting it to the alpha timeline, though this would throw the original alpha timeline off course or cause a paradox, which would likely make it a last resort sort of power.
they could also protect their group using the timeline. if someone is destined to die and not come back, the vigilante of extinction would be able to redistribute events between timelines to keep their own line safe and alive, or possibly even take time from an enemy and give it to a friend, dooming the enemy to the fate originally reserved for their friend. these adjustments, once occurred, are considered alpha, as if the universe has already taken these alterations into account.
in terms of physical attacks, a vigilante of existence would be able to steal time from their enemies and give it to their own team, either in terms of life force or the speed of the passage. they can also create a shield of dark, swirling matter which, when attacked, can absorb the result of a swing and return it to the enemy (ie, if a knife hits the shield when it definitely would’ve struck someone, the definite striking is reflected back at them, and they take the hit).
while they are incredibly powerful, a vigilante of existence is likely to struggle against their alternate selves, as their self-oriented nature would make them prioritize the well-being of their own timeline, sending all their neighboring lines into complete disarray. while their non-time/doom party members would be completely unaware, there would be chaos all over time. however, when alternate selves are able to work together, their power would be truly godlike, even among gods.
below are two lists of my personal rankings, based on raw power, of all of the base classes and aspects on a scale of 10. to get a full classpect’s power ranking, add the two numbers and compare it out of 20. keep in mind, this is accounting for my perception of a classpect’s raw power only.
all god tiers are powerful (they’re made to be OP), and your true power level is based in what you can make of the powers, not the powers themselves. you could have the lowest-ranked god tier based on my numbers, but if you know how to use your abilities, you could end up being the most powerful god tier among your party. these numbers, basically, are measuring my belief on each class and aspect’s strength potential, and are nowhere near absolute.
ASPECTS:
Hope (10/10)
Space (9/10)
Time (9/10)
Breath (9/10)
Void (8/10)
Life (8/10)
Heart (8/10)
Blood (7/10)
Rage (7/10)
Mind (6/10)
Light (6/10)
Doom (6/10)
CLASSES:
Lord (10/10)
Muse (10/10)
Page (9/10)
Heir (9/10)
Maid (8/10)
Witch (8/10)
Rogue (8/10)
Bard (7/10)
Seer (7/10)
Prince (7/10)
Knight (7/10)
Sylph (6/10)
Thief (6/10)
Mage (5/10)
now, to find a multiclasspect ranking, you find the average of the two scores of your fused components (add together and divide by two). then, you add together the two resulting numbers.
for example, i’m an angel (heir+sylph) of chance(light+hope)! so, my power level would be 9+6=15/2=7.5 and 6+10=16/2=8, or 15.5/20. additionally, banjo’s classpect is the deviant (prince + seer) of fog (void + mind). this puts it at 7+7=14/2=7 and 8+6=14/2=7, or 14/20.
this doesn’t really apply to anything, but i think it’s fun to have. so have fun!!
~mod of peace
counsel(sylph + seer) of yearning(heart + hope)
counsel: one who heals and rebirths through the understanding of their aspect, and understands more of their aspect through healing and revitalizing
yearning: the faith in love and emotions, or the love and passion for strong, positive beliefs
counsel of yearning: one who heals and understands faith in love/passionate belief or heals and understands through restoring faith in love/passionate belief
mundane: in their everyday life, a counsel of yearning would be a beacon of affection. they would constantly attract those who seek healing, as they are a ball of positive energy. a counsel of yearning would be quite the optimist, at least on an external level. they would likely be attracted to positive aspects of spirituality and religion, and while they wouldn’t necessarily form their own entire belief system, it wouldn’t be surprising to find them taking pieces of other religions and forming someting which makes the most sense to them. they’re also very likely to connect to nature, and will probably often have animals come to them without fear.
A counsel of yearning is, to say the least, a mediator. as a lover and a healer, this classpect would seriously struggle with telling people when they’re wrong or have done something ill, and believes much more in teaching and rehabilitation than in punishment. they are likely to find a sort of fascination in areas of healing, from anywhere between a comedian and a surgeon. there’s also a high chance of a counsel of yearning to derive a large amount of fulfillment from a smaller job of convenience, like a hairdresser. they very often task themselves with the happiness and faith of others, possibly to a detrimental extent.
at the start of their journey, a counsel of yearning would be found struggling the most with learning to draw boundaries. as the designated “Therapist Friend,” likely for a group of sad, traumatized teenagers, they don’t know how to say no to someone who’s in need. their heart is much bigger than their body, and with their belief of everyone having the potential to be the best versions of themselves, they would do anything in their power to help someone achieve this, even at the cost of themselves. there would be a fair chance a counsel of yearning would have a religious crisis in which they believed they were the next religious figure/martyr of the world, and/or felt a disconnection from their own personal humanity. a counsel of yearning’s test is learning to be able to help people to a healthy extent while prioritizing their own health first. they would need to learn to stop searching for external validation in anything from higher powers to toxic friendships, and recognize how their worth is derived from their own self, not from the approval of the things and people around them. only then will the counsel of yearning be able to truly believe their own teachings of positivity and love.
at their worst, a counsel of yearning is burnt out, irritable, short-tempered, hopeless, reclusive, self-deprecating, and pessimistic. at their best, a counsel of yearning is gentle, optimistic, caring, wise, passionate, energetic, and revitalizing to be in the presence of.
magic: despite their inherently passive magic, a counsel of yearning is not to be underestimated. in terms of power, they would be able to fuel attacks by channeling their own or their teammates’ faith in each other or their goals, and the love they feel for each other. the stronger their team’s trust and bonding, the more powerful the boosters a counsel of yearning can supply. they could also potentially use the opposing team’s love and faith as their own boosters as well, but even with their edge of being able to understand and identify love and belief, it would be difficult without any personal attachment.
this kind of power could also be used to deter the enemy by increasing their faith in something unhealthy or debilitating, or however the counsel of yearning may think of to manipulate their powers into various kinds of action. combined with the mundane ability to heal/boost bonds and morale, this kind of booster could be insanely powerful.
they’d also be able to heal their teammates in battle as long as their teammates believe in their ability to do so. the more their team truly believes in the counsel of yearning’s capability to be strong, the more powerful their healing (and abilities in general) would become.
in a similar vein, the counsel of yearning would likely not be content sitting still and being a purely support team member. upon snapping or becoming violent, they would become more physically powerful the more their team believed in them, similar to how they can buff their team. at a certain point of channeled faith and love, their fists would glow with a hot, reddish-pink glow surrounded by a yellowish light, which would pack a punch capable of temporarily knocking the soul slightly out of a vessel with each successful swing.
is it alright if I draw fanart for the multiclasspects? asking bc I rEALLY wanna draw it, and I have a loose fancy tier design I have, but I still wanna wait until the designs are officially up ; v ;
Drawing fan art is totally okay! If you aren't looking for an in-depth classpect analysis you can just send in like 'hey what does the ___ of ___ look like? And I can draw it up for you.'
Each of the classpect fusions do have canon appearances. But feel free to draw fanart of those and fancify them if you'd like. As long as they don't stray far from the base design, like giving a godtier with pants a skirt instead or vice versa haha.
would a fused class like Tyrant, which has one Active class and one Passive, be both, or does it being either not matter?
sorry if this was poorly worded!
nah, i completely understand the question!!
basically, the intensity of the class would depend on the intensity of the two counterparts.
this image ranks the intensities of each class’ active/passiveness, which would indicate the combination’s intensity. for example, if a mildly passive class like sylph and a highly active class like prince were to combine, the prince’s activeness would take over. it’s basically the equivalent of finding an average between two integers on a number line.
this is another interpretation, which i think is more accurate in terms of equality between opposite classes. if two counterparts were to combine, like lord and muse, the balance would end up being null.
this is an easier concept to grasp with assigned number values.
for example, the witch and the heir, two counterpart aspects, would balance out to zero. but, if you take unbalanced classes, like a bard and a knight, you get +5 and -3, leading to +2, a mildly active class.
to be completely honest, i don’t really think abt these concepts much when i’m writing the analyses, but they are cool. i hope this answers your question efficiently!! ^u^
catalyst (prince + mage) of eclipse (void + light)
catalyst: one who destroys their aspect with the belief of understanding it, thus destroying their understanding of the aspect in the process
eclipse: the secrets of the known and the understanding of the unknown
catalyst of eclipse: one who destroys the understanding, or assumed understanding, of their aspect or through their aspect, or uses their understanding to destroy their aspect.
mundane: a catalyst of eclipse, to say the least, would be a very interesting person, as with all opposite combinations. mages alone are also an incredibly elusive and fascinating class, as not much is known about them other than their tendency to suffer their aspect to understand it. combined with the destructive nature of the prince and paired with the dynamic of the contrasting aspects, the catalyst of eclipse is a figure of unintentional chaos.
in their everyday life, before their personal growth reaches a noticeable peak (ie, their challenge), the catalyst of eclipse would probably be miserable. they’d be the type to constantly insist on being perfect despite knowing perfection isn’t real, believing they did horribly on a test and get a 99 (or do horribly in school due to a lack of compensation for neurodivergence), and can give out awesome advice without being able to follow it themselves.
the catalyst of eclipse is likely neurodivergent in some way, and connects deeply with abnormal psychology. because of their limitless potential, the expectations placed on them from others and themselves are unreachable, and this causes many emotional breakdowns due to a festering feeling of inadequacy. they, because they understand other people on a logical level incredibly well, will likely believe they can understand their own problems. but, because of their ability to “understand” it (often refusing to account for the emotional aspect of situations especially considering themselves), they tear themselves down for not being able to improve, since they’ve located their problem.
a catalyst of eclipse is their own greatest enigma, and they often avoid this suffering through empathy and identifying with others to escape from themselves. this often only makes things worse, though; as an avid fan of psychology, a catalyst of eclipse will often end up adopting other people’s (and or fictional characters’) problems and/or applying them to their own, likely destroying their sense of individuality in the process. they are a kind, gentle soul with a storm trapped inside them, and they are likely to believe they’re a monster for not being able to fix everything concretely especially in relation to themselves.
this can destroy relationships and negatively impact their understanding of what it means to be alive. a catalyst of eclipse is likely to be very averse to nicknames like babey, cutie, or any sort of “diminishing” title, not realizing respect and adoration are not mutually exclusive. the emotional and logical dissonance in them is unhealthily extreme, and at the beginning of their journey, they’re likely to choose one or the other instead of finding a healthy balance.
a catalyst of eclipse’s highs and lows are as extreme as mountains and ravines. at their worst, a catalyst of eclipse is reclusive, extremely self-deprecating, irritable, lost and confused in identity, insensitive, blunt, and egotistically confident in their ability to know everything about other people in their life. at their best, they are wise, empathetic, understanding, able to destroy any secrets or false knowledge (honest), incredibly talented, fantastic at keeping secrets/knowing what to say and when to say it, and powerful. they’re very sweet, but when the time comes for confrontation, a stable catalyst of eclipse will bite much more than barking. at their peak, they’re some of the most intelligent, understanding, insightful, dangerously assertive, methodical, emotionally accepting heap of potential youll ever meet in your life. with the right support system to cope with their trauma (because they definitely have unresolved and/or unaddressed trauma at least at the start), and the reminder to find balance (between things like oversharing and saying nothing, becoming arrogant and self deprecating, etc.), the catalyst of eclipse is an unstoppable force in every part of their life. a catalyst, if you will.
magic: the suffering and destruction of void and light. this one is even more difficult in terms of mages than the mundane section, as mageic (hah) is barely ever seen in homestuck entirely. for this analysis, we’ll be running under the pretense of mageic being related to one’s power growing based on their knowledge of their aspect. so, in terms of magic, a catalyst of eclipse would be able to control, and more specifically destroy, the concept of eclipse the more the user knows about/experiences their aspect.
the more secrets a catalyst of eclipse learns how to keep effectively, and the more they succumb to the tides of luck and fate, the stronger the catalyst will become in their destruction. the catalyst of eclipse’s power would be the embodiment of the phrase, “you can’t break the rules until you know them.” the more knowledge they have, the more understanding they can destroy; through luck and fortune, they are able to destroy others’ chances, whereas they can destroy the mystery and lack of something surrounding a concept by being kept in the dark for long periods of time.
in a physical sense, the catalyst of eclipse would be able to shoot out a swirling, spiraled beam of light and dark, carrying a blinding glow and an incomprehensible darkness with it. they would also likely be able to create a physical manifestation of secrets in their hands and use them as fuel for the beam. the longer the catalyst suffers a life shrouded in secrets and fate, the more powerful their beam becomes.
if you want to charge up a catalyst of eclipse’s powers, send them on a spy mission. they’ll likely come back full of dangerously high levels of firepower, depending on the severity of the secrets they’d absorbed and uncovered.
this one was really tough for me, actually!! it was super fun to ponder though. i hope i did a good job :))
i’m really sorry for the classpect analyses taking so long!! life is, complicated right now and while i do love analyzing, it takes a lot outta me to weave the word tapestry of absolute dogshit i so adore creating. in short, i’ll get on it soon, and i apologize for my tardiness!!
ooh, im working on a project similar to this!! im focusing just on dual aspects and what they connect to, though.
awesome!! i’ve seen a couple different people messing w classpect stuff as well. one of my friends on a server is making a bunch of classes based on chess pieces. the expression of creativity is amazing; i do hope this means our content is to your taste!!
one thing i’m not sure if i need to clarify but i’m going to anyways:
you don’t have to fuse both!! you can have a fused class and an origin aspect or vice versa!! you could be a protector of rage or a bard of eclipse of whatever. a multiclasspect doesn’t need two fusions to count if you want to have an original component for either, it’s still a valid multiclasspect!!
regulator: one who steals and creates/reforms their aspect or through their aspect, before sharing it with others.
hatred: the the festering and growth of negative emotions and certainty in said emotions over time. Also the negative emotions pertaining to the constant passing of time.
regulator of hatred: one who culminates and/or steals festering negativity towards others or the concept of time, and redistributes it into others.
mundane: a regulator of hatred is likely unsatisfied with the theory of linear time flow, but somewhat baffled and frustated by any unconventional related concepts. they likely feel a connection to thunderstorms and rain, and feel a small bout of anger when people refer to such weather as “miserable.”
they find it rather difficult to let go of grudges, and see forgiveness as weakness, possibly due to some sort of trauma or personal betrayal in the past. they are very defensive of their heart, and will not let people get close very easily, if at all. the idea of loss terrifies a regulator of hatred, and therefore, they will do what is necessary to avoid scenarios in which loss is inevitable in their mind.
this includes never letting people in out of fear of them leaving or betraying the regulator of hatred. those who will try to break through their walls will be tested, pushed away, and possibly even hurt or insulted. if they can persevere and connect with the regulator of hatred even past all of their defenses, they will finally find a passage inward. once inside, the regulator will never want to let you out. they are fiercely passionate, and while their hatred is strong, the love they feel for few people is stronger.
at their worst, a regulator is unstable, chaotic, controlling, and anxiety ridden. they will try to have a grip on everything in their life, out of fear of vulnerability, in turn losing a grip on themselves and exposing themselves to the fear they were trying to escape. they are self-defeating and incredibly spiteful, and while they desire connection, will lash out at people who try to get closer and help, out of fear of being betrayed and hurt. they bully themselves for doing so, and then believe they don’t deserve the happiness they seek, which only furthers the cycle.
at their best, a regulator of hatred is passionate and caring. they love deeply and truly; if a regulator of hatred loves you, cherish the privilege you’ve been given. they will do anything to make their loved ones happy, even at their own expense, and aren’t afraid to speak their mind against injustices on personal to global levels. their hearts, under their armor, are huge and full. while the passing of time scares or disturbs them in some way, when a regulator of hatred is in a good place, they understand time on a deeper level and can appreciate what they have in the moment easily, and even share these feelings with friends. when clear-minded, they are clear-worded, and have no problem expressing their thoughts about deep, abstract concepts, and are oftentimes very convincing public speakers who portray sympathetic, relatable concepts with their eloquent speech.
magic: the creation and redistribution of time and rage. in terms of powers, a regulator of hatred can create and cultivate a feeling of rage within themselves or their friends, empowering their emotions and cultivating their will to fight. alternatively, they can steal away their friends’ rage towards each other and redistribute the internal conflict into the enemy team.
a sense of internal dissonance can also be created within the other team’s ranks by the regulator of hatred. if it’s too late for these emotions to be able to affect the current situation, a regulator of hatred can reach back in the timeline and create or steal away and redistribute hatred in the past versions of themselves, their friends, or anyone else they see fit. this alters the alpha timeline, and the consequence is dooming their own timeline in favor of altering the present outcome.
they can also create loops and travel back in timelines where the specific moment in time is festering a large amount of negativity. in other words, their portal to the past and future is through indications of rage. their physical powers, like pure elemental attack magic, would manifest as red and/or purple lightning.
the lightning could induce rage into people or act as a siphon for it, along with zapping through time and aiming for people who they feel rage towards. this is a dangerous power to wield in terms of altering the timeline, but if used correctly and with willing sacrifice, is incredibly powerful and useful. the lightning, when siphoning enough rage and harboring it within the energy, can deal an incredible amount of damage depending on the amount of hatred within it and how much of said energy is directed towards the target.
so, if their whole team hates one person, they’ll use the lightning and siphon those feelings throughout the timeline where the rage has peaked, and absolutely obliterate the target in a bout of pain and fire.
i hope this is to your satisfaction. if you have any questions, please feel free to ask!!
[class]: one who [does this] with or through their aspect
[aspect]: embodies [this]
[classpect]: one who [does this] with [this]
mundane: in their everyday life, this godtier [acts like this] and [can do this]. at their worst, they are [this]. at their best, they are [this].
magic: in terms of powers, a [class] of [aspect] can [do these magic powers]
For example:
[Friend] asks: renegade of interest please
Answer:
“renegade of interest:
renegade: one who actively destroys their aspect or destroys with it, and uses this destruction to protect their aspect or protect with it.
interest: the freedom of emotion, feeling undefined and uncontained within one’s love and affections.
a renegade of interest would destroy unchained affection or destroy through unchained affection, thus protecting people or protecting the affections themselves.
mundane: so, they would be able to destroy someone’s uncertainty or detachment in order to protect them from loneliness or separation, or destroy unhealthy commitments using free form love and protecting people from long term heartbreak. at their worst, they could ruin people’s relationships by creating infidelity between them or destroying their independence. at best, they could liberate people from toxic relationships, foster a deeper connection between people, and generally have a mastery over emotional commitment in regards to love.
magic: the protection and destruction of or through wind and soul. the wind infused with the power of soul could be used the same way a breath player would manipulate regular air, but instead of regular air, it appears translucent-pink and crackles with lightning. a renegade of interest could possibly destroy their enemies’ resolve or commitment to a cause during battle, sending a wave of wind through their body and facilitating a freer set of emotions to cause them to feel airy and disinterested in whatever they’re fighting for.similarly, they could use this wind to destroy any doubts or lack of commitment among their teammates. this wind could create a dome or shield around the renegade’s team, and any enemy who attempted to cross through it would have their soul knocked out along with the wind in their lungs in extreme cases, and become completely disinterested in hurting the party in the mildest cases. a renegade of interest’s main asset would, as shown above, be their soul-infused wind. as always, be creative with how these concepts could be utilized in magic!!”
of course, these are fairly loose interpretations, and always have room to wiggle. most notably, the magic powers are very much up to interpretation! if you can think of a way within your bounds to use your powers, there’s a fair chance you’ll be able to do it (see: every crafty lil bastard in homestuck). nonetheless, i’m offering an outline, so to speak. i look forward to hearing from you!!
Do you think people might be uncomfortable with using the term voodoo for one of the dual classes?
so we discussed it together and i don’t think it’ll be an issue?? if someone of the practice tells us it’s a problem of course we’ll change it!! but since there were various figureheads of other religions included, both in ours and in the canon classpects, i thought it would be fitting to include more than just typical christian symbols and the like. banjo thinks vodun would probably be more fitting and less potentially controversial though, so we’re gonna go with vodun instead ^^
Sup, it's me, the other admin, Banjo, deviant of fog. I'm gonna drop a few of the class outfits! Feel free to dm us for any requests on which ones you want to see next?
The first one is the Essence class, sorry for lack of a proper label.
