I just know Stiles is strong as fuck.

He looks kinda skinny and gangly as a teen. He squirms and yelps and is super ticklish and his pain tolerance isn’t that high and he’s squeamish and doesn’t like needles or chopped off limbs or even blood really.

So everyone is kinda stunned when he starts throwing punches that topples werewolves to the floor. He trains with the betas and they still have more advantages than him of course, but it’s not easy to take him down.

Derek should have known it in the pool. Stiles was holding them both over the water for two hours. But he’s still speechless when his back hits the wall con forza mid-argument, and Stiles is just pinning him there. He tests the hold of Stiles’ grip a little just to check, and whispers “holy shit” almost reverently.
