A middle-class, luxury-loving girl
Hi guys, so I maybe new to this platform.. Instead, allow me to introduce myself as a middle-class luxury enthusiast.Yes, you heard correctly.
As the daughter of a tailor, life was not always simple. Even though I was the smartest girl in the class, I never felt secure. I am constantly contrasting myself with other well-known girls, their hairstyles, lifestyles, and everything else. It always made me feel insecure that I am useless. Cellphones and mobile phones did not exist in those days. Our only resource is the library’s magazines, which we peruse to stay up to date on the latest fashions.Despite my father being in the Middle East, I never had the chance to dress up the way I really wanted to.Another reason is growing up in an orthodox household.
Despite my admiration for all those high-end brands, I always saved money and bought the thing I had my eye on.Every time I made a purchase I had envisioned, it felt like a victory.Even though it might occasionally be just a fancy piece of stationery, I still felt like I could not have it.Everything has changed over the years, including people’s attitudes and behaviors, but I still harbor a deep-seated trauma of insecurity.Perhaps this affluent girl is still unable to get over her traumatic childhood experiences...
That is all for now.I hope my little story was entertaining to all of you.In the future, I will share more.Kindly follow me if you enjoy my blog.
I will see you all in my upcoming blog.Until then, good-bye
