Bluebirds were my main inspiration for this dress, as i vaguely remember Cinderella being surrounded by cartoon versions of them in the original Disney film. I chose to depict the coppery plumage of a bluebird with a blue-copper ombre hijab, worn with a long sleeved, sleek gradient dress. fabric wings that are attached at the back of the dress and gathered at the wrist make my inspiration even more obvious. hope you like it!

Okay tumblr. You have rallied enough support to send a man to Disneyland. Well here’s the next challenge: Get this post 1800 more notes by the time this contest closes, aka only a few hours from now! Jasper is a good friend of mine, heck he’s part of my goddamn family as far as I’m concerned. This design is wonderful in its simplicity, and I’m not even gonna try to disguise my love for how it uses what a lot of people recognize as a religious headpiece, but head scarves can also be worn outside of religious context. I hate to see people wearing these discriminated against, whether its religious or not. I want to see this dress come to life with all of me being, so please, likes are great, but PLEASE! Reblog this! Get this dress 1800 notes and make Jasper’s dreams come true in the Disney magic kind of way!
