my standard for men has always been this-if you want to be the “head of the house” and i do most of the domestic work (despite me having a job myself) then you pay most of the bills. If you want to split the bills 50/50 then you need to do 50% of the domestic work. you cannot and should not have it both ways. but a lot of  relationships works like the way the white women in the video says it does. work a full time job to pay 50% of the bills but do 90% of the domestic work.
