True but the flip side of this is Kakashi was probably also thinking, “When I was living by myself at age seven, hated by the village because my father killed himself out of shame and had his corpse buried without honour, I did my fucking dishes.”

Ninja world is sad world in other words. Kakashi, Iruka, Naruto, Sasuke, who knows how many others. I headcanon Tenten and Lee growing up alone as well. Apparently in this culture they think this is normal. They also train six year olds to kill people with knives, I’m just saying. If you take Naruto at face value, it’s a deeply disturbed society of centuries of more or less continuous war with child soldiers.

There’s a lot to criticize in Naruto but this particular part is internally consistent. Doesn’t mean it’s not horrible, but it’s a systemic issue.

Passing the torch on

I’ve had this Tumblr for a very long time, and it’s growing more now than ever before. However, I’m older now and I don’t necessarily have that extra time to dedicate to this like I did back when it first started. I am considering handing the ownership over to someone who can give this more time and attention than I can. I started this with my best friend and I’m pretty attached, so I’m not sure if I’ll actually do it. But anyways, write me in my ask if interested.

how do you think is naruto stronger or sasuke

I think they're equal, because they are strong in different aspects. But Sasuke is my fav so naturally, I lean more towards him than anyone lol
