G’day everyone, this post is something I timed out because work is eating me alive. I won't be around for at least another couple of weeks.

Thank you to those who help me feel a part of the BG3 community even though my participation is erratic.

Thankyou very, very much to @the-kindness-girls / @wyfyoyo who gave me my first ask and satisfying my fic craving. I love her team of Tavs, she’s just released her fic, Faerun for Dummies, so get stuck in! This is Mina, a gorgeous girl with gorgeous lore. Big ladies need more love. Two Truths and a Lie!

Rules: Pretty much what the title says: write two truths about yourself and one lie. Then everyone else has to guess which one is the lie. xD

This took a while because my life is either very boring or WTF

I have had multiple eye area injuries, one having the fastener to the monkey bars slice it open, and another having a key impale my eye. My vision is completely fine.

I absolutely adore and cherish the last fifteen minutes of the mass effect series. I believe it was the perfect way to sum up the story.

my friend and I were visiting her house and we saw a cat. She told me none of them cared for humans and ignored everyone in the neighborhood. While I was watching the car, she disappeared for 1 minute and came back to me petting and surrounded by 14 cats.

okay so Samhain/salem got

42. How badly do they want to reach their end goal?

Samhain doesn’t really set goals to much. Constantly things are taken away from his life and he’s not willing to bend their morals any more. He’s had their life upended and broken to be bhaal’s chosen. Had his family and best friend murdered. He just wants a bit to do some good in the world and maybe have a happy ending but doesn’t really expect to get it. He’s not willing to do everything to achieve it. Just make their people happy and live. Salem is a little more ambitious and really really wants life to stop hitting on them and wants that happy ending but he’s impeded on Samhain enough, and they finally have a stable enough relationship and communication. As well as you can for being in the same body.

Meris got

36. Do they actively seek romance, or do they wait for it to fall in their lap? hmmm I think Meris is somewhere in the middle, he doesn’t actively seek romance out. He’s a bit demiromantic in there has to be a friendship of some sorts first. However he was fond of the group and that moment where Gale had his weave lesson, there was just something about the atmosphere where he did tell Gale about his feelings. He let Gale have the next step, so he was a bit suprising tnaf Gale kept asking around about romantic feelings and then finally got back to Meris about returning them.

Have they always had the same physical appearance, or have you had to edit how they look?

Samhain constantly changes as I haven’t found something that reads as them yet. Their original form had completely black skin and neon green hair, which works in that universe but didn’t work so well when I made them in bg3. At the time I struggled with liking a default tiefling face, and so he lost the dragon aspects and became half elf. Then with mods full elf and I wanted to ply around with the cursed aspect of black hair for drow. So he still has all the same colors they’ve just been shifted for lore reasons. His hair and sclera keep changing styles or colors though.

Meris has been pretty constant other than hair style but I like to change the style through the acts to reflect time passing

Chione ref

moved on to my resident ice making mad scientist. Whishing I had there ice powers. Chione doesn’t like to be unprepared so she has secret compartments upon pockets. If she doesn’t have it, can’t punch it and can’t freeze it… she’ll build it

Chione of course has their outfit for bg3, camp clothes, lab outfit, epilogue (after being in hell 6 months she hates it above 75f) clothes that store ice magic, and a formal outfit for balls and dates.

fun fact Lumine is an indentical twin. All clothes are also specially made to grow when she activates their Goliath size.

Hua ref

Finished Hua’s ref today. I kept finding things to add to the sheet. She is very night and mooned theme … and as a moon bard she does play into that. She also wants comfort. Too many times danger has been sprung on them and they’ve had to fight in camp clothes or formal clothes. While she dresses a bit more feminine than some of my other non binary it’s because that’s what they feel like at this stage.

Stages are armor for bg3, camp outfit. The bard outfit she does during performances, epilogue and formal/date

Kouhua ref wip

I was tempted to wait for the coloring to be fine before posting but all the details killed me. Dice apparently wanted me to get my tieflings out of the way so have a Kouhua.

I put in some of the why of what’s on her outfit… and struggled forever on their camp outfit but I did it.

Finally came up for a name for Hua’s race too.

Also yes she keeps getting attacked on date night so, she now prepares for battle

OC Romance Chart

I was tagged by @theya-art. It was a challenge to figure out who to do. So I went with Calluna, vanna , and Meris. I do have Samhain’s but it’s chaotic as hells since it also has salem’s

I like to keep options open so instead of green flags or red flags she sees in partners, I instead did the green flags and red flags she gives to people.

her flower is Baby’s breath (I was so tempted to give Heather as the flower but I am not that nerdy). Song is “one I love” most famous version I think is Judy Collin’s

once again Meris’s flags are the flags he shows others not the green or red flags he has.

there isn’t really a after Bhaal love song that’s caught my attention yet so I went with one of my favorites “dancing and the dreaming”. Flower is the night sky petunia.

Song: Baldur's gate 3 soundtrack, Dream walk. This song normally is associated with Shadowheart romance or Astarion romance. But for me I associate this song with Caedus romance. I imagine this song plays after Caedus frees of Bhaal when Caedus takes the night with Gale, the morning when Caedus becomes the Red Sorcerer for the second times and they fly for the first time!!
