Neil perry is the type of dude to wander through the dorm halls at 2 a.m when he can’t sleep simply so he can play a little game of “how long can I wander aimlessly until I get caught”. He eventually realizes he can go far longer than he thought without getting caught and gets bored and goes back to harass Todd, but he does this every single time he can’t sleep (pretty often, at this point the staff have just started ignoring him)
