it was devastating then and it’s devastating now to get confirmation from danny that trevor and jamie were always meant to be a package trade!! danny trying to strike a deal with pat verbeek who was playing hardball. there was only room on the boat for one player, so danny took jamie. you can’t save everyone, so he had to leave trevor behind to rot in anaheim. if danny had gotten both back then, would trevor have broken his ankle? torn his knee? been changed into a different person because of pat verbeek and greg cronin? all that pain he went through…just because the trade picks on the table weren’t good enough to reach an agreement. but the worst part is!!! but the worst part is it doesn’t even matter how many times you run the trade simulator, 100 times out of 100 times, trevor would always choose to put jamie on that lifeboat ahead of him
