i am going back and forth on this but on some level it feels like 'tiny island nation of ten thousand people but still recognised by major countries as sovereign' is an... unpatched exploit or something. A situation where some billionaire should be trying to buy the government until they pass the laws they like or give them diplomatic immunity, they try to get away with blatantly illegal shit and hide behind national sovereignty, and then the country stops being recognised as sovereign.
as far as i know this doesn't happen. but why not? it's not that the world doesn't have enough billionaires eager to get away with blatantly illegal shit, so presumably they don't think they can do it this way. maybe it's just too expensive relative to other ways of turning money into getting away with shit. these days obviously a trump pardon is cheaper, when that applies.

Presumably the government of these "sovereign" countries values remaining nominally sovereign more than any billionaire is prepared to pay them.
According to Wikipedia, the smallest "sovereign" nation is Tuvalu, with a population of ~10k, and a gdp of about $60-70M, so easily buyable. However, the fact that the top right quadrant of their flag is a union jack seems like a big clue about whether they're actually sovereign.
i mean. the union jack is pretty common in flags. australia and new zealand have it and i don't think you would argue they aren't sovereign nations.
Well, see - being a Commonwealth realm would... Probably matter if some billionaire tried to take it over, I figure? Commonwealth realms all have the same king, after all. On one hand, blocking someone on social media is fine. Unremarkable. It's a way for people to curate their experience. Whatever. It's not personal. It doesn't matter.

Sir Fluffeltin was actually the name of my dead hamster from when I was about 13 or 14 I think. This being the second iteration of my blog it seemed right to tack on the "2nd".

Hm... well, basically I have two names... so I'll explain both!
Lunakatee: Well... I usually use that name on most of the accounts I have, whether it's Roblox, games, etc.
The reason for this is that when I was born, my mother was going to name me "Luna," but since another mother had already given me that name, she decided not to name me Luna,So in a way it's a "tribute" to that name + my real name, which is what formed that name! :D
