I wonder if Callum gets horrible chills at the thought that he use to have a crush on Claudia. Considering where he is right now in his life, I wonder if he ever thinks about how different his life would be if he hadn't handcuffed Claudia. If he had kissed her. If he had fully trusted her and didn't go with Rayla's plan. Considering how far Claudia has gone, she literally represents the choices Callum could have made if he went with her views on dark magic and how easy it would have all been. She represents his regrets and some of things he hates about himself. Does he feel like he dodge something really horrible? Does he feel super grateful that he met Rayla that day. That he loves her even more now. Rayla literally saved his life when you think about. Which is ironic considering she was trying to kill him when they first met. But yeah she did, Rayla saved Callum's life just by being herself and I bet everyday Callum is grateful they met.
