“Thank you, Yuji, for becoming my brother.”
To some, being the oldest is truly a curse.
For Choso, he carried his curse with him with pride until the very end. As an older brother myself, there's something so poignant about how he holds himself high no matter what; carving a path so his brothers can follow in his wake. He's finds himself in a world he doesn't understand but strives in every action to bare the pain to shield his loved ones. That's why he's one of my favorite characters!
I hope I did my man justice! This blingee came to me in a fugue state after seeing since new promotional material for the 🐐. I really wanted to make that atmosphere of offsetting nostalgia that his forced memories gave in the anime, and the ephemeral nature of his time with Yuji. He's transparent for an amazing reason! The only thing that is fully opaque in this is his blood and the memories he shared with his dear brothers.
