It's understandable that Nomura has a certain type of white-haired boys, even created one for Xenoblade.
With FF13-themed event from Opera Omnia, where Bhunivelze told others that they forgot about "the brightest light", who was Warrior of Light, what in a roundabout way references Bhunivelze himself. And with Ravus having similarities to Bhunivelze even in FF15. Especiallly since WoL now has a modern-like outfit in new Dissidia, which is something Ravus might've wore. Making Ravus possibly one of the closest in design to WoL might've been a choice.
It's almost faschinating how seriously LSA's author took FF15 inspirations. Development cycle, release being delayed, the state the game released in, story being rewritten and how it seemingly was rewritten.
Crack name for it, but, just like in FF15, Noctis' schizophrenia of Stella remained in some way, while the most of Ravus got cut out.
The game has enough visual elements giving impression that there might've been something deeper, like similarities between Rose Archer boss from Mount Salvation and Zana's boss fight, but it doesn't seem to play on it, or maybe like with FF15 there was supposed to be more, but it would've taken another decade to make it.
Somehow the game's developers are at the same time misunderstood geniuses for battle system and visuals and biggest fumblers in existence for story.
Possibly adding to the number of similarities between F1 the movie characters and Nico with Lewis.
Might that Sonny could've dropped dead any moment be inspired from Nico not being able to normally sleep and eat during their fight with Lewis for WDC?
Kate being inspired from Vivian Sibold. And Simone Ashley's cut character, who was supposed to be Joshua's love interest, from Nicole Scherzinger?
Got sold F1 movie by a Dune meme, but wasn't told before the purchase that it would be able to cure post Cars 3 depression.
Although from characters and story F1 is closer to Cars 3, in some way it also feels like the whole Cars trilogy combined. Sonny and Ruben relationship somewhat reminds McQueen and Mater's in Cars 2 and from Cars 1 F1 takes music and overall entourage. I could've pictured "Lose My Mind" as something that might've played in the opening race in Cars 1 or in place of "Life Is a Highway."
F1 has flaws, but if to look at it as some kind of alternative Cars 3, what it might've been, F1 works well as sublimation movie.
Another episode of guesses about VS13/FF15 from FF16's similarities to it.
From VS13 trailers there were theories about the man standing beside Regis being his brother, Noctis' uncle. While in FF16 Clive and Joshua do have an uncle.
Aside from existence of Noctis' uncle being supported by VS13 being to a degree based on Hamlet. Similarly to Somnus/Ardyn and Ezma/Kimya, it might've been in line with FNC myth, which FF15's duality stems from, about symbolical Pulse-sibling banishing symbolical Lindzei-sibling. Also Regis might've had minor/mostly to Noctis symbolism of being Bhunivelze, and it would've made sense since Bhunivelze is "double deity" that Noctis' father would've been "double" as well.
On the other side. If in FF16 Ifrit and Phoenix didn't skip to Clive and Joshua's generation, their story might've been Elwin and Byron's. Noctis' uncle doesn't seem "banished" in trailers, so FF15's "sibling curse" like in FF16 might've skipped the previous generation to fall on Noctis' one.
After Yozora stood up, first he looked away, like over the horizon for something specific or from his words about trials maybe waited for result of this trial to be revealed.
Then he turned to Sora in passing, as if something might've happened to him that would've given Yozora his answer. Or in acknowledgement that whatever he was seeing or not in that away was connected to Sora "that, bc of him [Sora]". Only to notice that he was fading away.
It seems like among those 3 actions, waiting for result, checking on Sora and realizing what was happening to him, Sora was of the least priority to Yozora. But when he guessed why he might've been fading, he softened to Sora. And in JP somewhat jockingly answered to Sora's "What do you mean?" question with "That's my line," what is a callback to the scene before the battle, where Yozora was the one who asked "What are you talking about?"
Also the music or rather singing that plays up to the point of Yozora saying "Nevermind/That's my line" is very peculiar, bc that kind of Church-singing doesn't seem to be present even in FF15's soundtrack. The closest might be FF15's "Song of the Stars", but that's a long shot.
With the number of FF16's similarities to VS13/FF15, there's as if some kind of 5D-chess game with the characters voiced by Yuuichi Nakamura regarding Ravus/"Safay Roth" fusion in FF15.
Given that Noctis=Clive, Ravus=Joshua.
Scenes of Ravus and Dion confronting Emperors being reminiscent of each other, and FF15's Ravus sharing similarities with FF13's Cid, but not being the character who might've shared them in VS13.
Make wonder if "Safay Roth" as a character might've been closer to Dion and his relationship with Ravus to Dion's with Joshua.
In FF16 each from Clive/Joshua/Dion-triangle is a foil in some way to others, while the same might've been in VS13 with Noctis/Ravus/Safay-triangle.
If Kingsglaive-part wasn't cut from the game into a movie, Noctis replaced with Nyx and Safay fused with Ravus. With the death of Glauca/Drautos who would've been a commander to both Noctis and Safay on different sides, they would've been put against each other as new commanders. Giving a possibilty that there might've been some kind of simultaneous events on both sides.
There's a theory about Ardyn belonging to Nomura's redheads type, the same one Lea belongs to. With that information similarities-wise the two duos look great.
Given that Noctis might've symbolically been a part of Bhunivelze and that "Verum Rex" title in a way might be referencing the god as well.
From poses, mostly right legs' placement, and that red part of Bhunivelze's scythe in this render coincidentally is the lower one, what isn't always the case, compositions of the pictures seem distantly similar.
Adding to Bhunivelze's crest looking like different KH's symbols that have a heart in them. "Crystal Regalia +" accessory, which is a reward for Yozora's boss fight, reminds Bhunivelze. Number of Regalia's prongs and wings is equal to number of Bhunivelze's wings, and their directions are pretty similar too. It might be a 5-piece crown in Regalia, but it also looks like it's a 3-piece crown supported by horns, while Bhunivelze's crown-like adornment is hanging between his.

About Lune and Sciel in regards to irl characters.
Maelle is Alicia. Gustave and Sciel are like variants of Verso and Clea, since Painted versions of them already exist.
Neither of Dessendre's children seem to have themes similar to Luna's ones, to follow parents' footsteps, but her family is close to them. "Fiery" Clea and beloved "Sun" Verso. Her words about her being born to be a research helper for her parents, like she's the last hope out of all children. Replacing "researching" with "painting." Verso enjoyed music more than painting and Stella that's possibly Lune's "Clea" makes irl Clea, if there's no Verso, not keen into painting either? What leaves Lune to be a variant of Alicia.
Gustave's death for Maelle is a reflection of Verso's death for Alicia. Some scenes with Lune and Sciel after that, make Lune as if some kind of older variant of Alicia and that eventually, or after their parents' death, her reletionship with Clea might become better.
Sciel's husband died prematurely by drowning instead of during expedition, what might equate to Verso likewise dying prematurely in fire. Painted Clea didn't hesitate to kill herself like Sciel tried to too, might that be somehow attibuted to irl Clea as well?
In that case Maelle's words to Sciel about her acting like nothing happened might be more interesting, as Clea might've been the most deeply affected one from the family. Also given Sciel's fondness of wine and that she was saved by a "winesack" Esquie, drinking might have some connection to irl Clea.
Can't help thinking that Sophie, Emma and Sciel who all have same face syndrome, but Clea face syndrome, might each in a way be a variant of Clea.
Interesting question what was going on in Mwynn's head when she decided to create Bhunivelze with 2 faces.
If to look at her name, precisely that "w" in it and rotate it, her name becomes "mmynn." What now might explain what was going on, but at the same time add another question how many faces she had herself.
Especially with these 3 on Cocoon, while Bhunivelze coincidentally summons only 2 of them, black and white ones.
