The most painful hannigram/inhun parallel for me is that in s2 Will was so hurt that he wanted to get revenge on Hannibal and pretended to be someone who is a perfect partner for Hannibal. Only to realize it later that he was himself when he was with Hannibal, it wasn't a fake person. Hugh even said Will is the most conflicted when he is the happiest. With Hannibal. Will wanted to manipulate Hannibal, but he fooled himself.

Inho pretended to be a person who Gihun could rely on, someone Gihun would easily fall for. Only, was it truly an act when Inho was himself again, maybe not exactly who he is now, but the Inho from 9 years earlier... and someone who he still could be? He laughed again after all these years, spent time genuinely cheering for the Players and started having hope that maybe humanity isn't entirely lost after all. Inho wanted to manipulate Gihun, but he fooled himself.

Sleepover ask:

Enemies to lovers is a good trope, but in the case of Pyongdo I just don't see it happening. The animosity is just too much. Honestly, the only way I'd consider shipping them is if, somewhere down the line, they became partners, and after about a year of struggling to work together, they get assigned to a month(s) long undercover mission (perhaps in Busan?) where they must fake being married. During that mission, they learn to work and live together. Jung-do starts taking care of Pyong-ho during his migraines; Pyong-ho cooks and makes sure Jung-do is eating healthy.

Near the end of their mission, Pyong-ho gets taken (and (almost) tortured?) and Jung-do, worried for the safety of Pyong-ho's waist, drives straight through the side of the building to rescue him. After they complete their mission and get back to Seoul, their relationship has changed for the better, and they grow closer as Pyong-ho helps Jung-do through Jun-ho’s coma. One night, as thank you, Jung-do shows up to Pyong-ho's with soju, and after a few drinks they finally kiss and confess their undying love to each other. But I can't imagine this would ever happen, so no, I don't ship them.

Squid Game asks:

7. Character you think is underrated/underappreciated

My initial thoughts were Jung-bae and Woo-seok. I think they are liked by fans, but they could use more love

8. Favorite scene

I really liked both Russian roulette scenes, especially with Woo-seok and Mr. Kim. The SUSPENSE 🥹 so good. I'm also partial to the whole penta scene because inhun 💅

15. Favorite game

Penta and mingle are probably my favorites. I really liked the energy and vibes of penta. And the disorienting atmosphere of mingle was interesting

Listen, I get your argument. It might be difficult to believe that two people can spend years hating each other and then suddenly fall in love, especially since Pyongho might have had a hand in getting Jungdo’s long time police partner fired, some guy named Hwang Inho?? He probably deserved it. Anyway, imagine Jungdo coming back to the KNP only to realize he’s been assigned a new partner and it’s none other than his archenemesis?? Sure, it sound like a recipe for disaster, but I like to call it an opportunity to see the sparks fly 😎

Plus an undercover mission in Busan where they pretend to be married?? Hello, fake relationships, forced proximity, and there was only one bed trope! 😏 Does that sound cliche to you??? It does

Also I would never ship Inho with Jungdo 🤮 Inho and Pyongho on the other hand…. #hoho4eva
