not to get too deep on main but did anyone else have such deeply rooted issues with their self worth for so long that they thought as a kid/teen that their only redeeming feature was being “low maintenance” and now as an adult you give yourself guilt pangs asking for any more than the barest minimum in virtually any relationship because asking for things might negate your only good quality which is just “doesn’t ask for things”

having depression made me realize how much i actually crave life, i think about dying about 50 times a week but there is nothing better than a… good day, just a simple good day. when you think about dying so often good days are like holidays, they feel like nothing other like having a good day is an extravagant experience and good days make me love life, they make me glad that i’m alive. just staring at plain blue sky could make me fall in love with life on a good day, good days are really worth the stay. they’re unpredictable but i think there’s a reason for that, maybe we are meant to stay here who knows! the universe works in mysterious ways but they’re really worth the stay.
