Hai I’m Elias!! But I’m also thinking about going by Julie/Julian. (Wouldn’t mind if anyone called me that.)

I go by he/it pronouns mostly but I’m thinking about using they/them too (though I have an iffy relationship with them)

its also when u pinch at all the "imperfections" , when u interact with triggering media / ppl , when u take an extremely hot / cold shower

self injury is anything u do with the intent / knowledge itll hurt u in some way .

I think..s/h for me academic wise looked like constantly overworking my self (when I didn’t have to) just to feel normal/“productive?”

It was coming to a point where I was balancing several diferent classes at once, and valued a piece of paper over my life

I each time I think about taking a school year easy, I find my self consumed by something like shame and ambition, so I fool nyself into taking more than I can handle

(Enter, a year full of literal hell and stress)

Once I graduated highschool (cuz it was only highschool) I was still wracked by paranoia and anxiety because my body and mind have become so used to being under stress

And I didn’t know how to function without fight or flight mode…

I’m trying to better about it tho! I’m trying to make myself feel less guilty for simply enjoying simple pleasures at life orrrr not doing anything “productive,” for that day if that makes sense..
