Call me Two, because that’s what I am! Or anything else you think fits. pronouns are she/her, I’m asexual, and most likely some type of neurodivergent but not sure what. I’m made up of 40% whimsy, 10% anxiety, and 50% extra thoughts and existential crises. ah! And I’m a chronic migraine sufferer so if I seem especially bad at talking and insane then my brain is probably self combusting.

DISCLAIMER: This blog is just for fun. I have lived under a proverbial rock until like a year ago so I’m unaware of a lot of internet things despite having tried to educate myself. Most of the world’s problems could be solved if everyone acted perfectly logically. In the long run, being selfless is actually more beneficial than being selfish, especially if many people follow that philosophy. So, in order to be selfish and achieve the best result or best life possible for yourself, that path requires you to be selfless, kind, and empathetic. At least, that would be the case if everyone realised that. The problem with our world today is that a few very selfish people have acquired a lot of power and wealth and created a system that incentivizes cruelty and greed.

motivation is a funny thing, like sometimes you just … dont want to do something. you know you should, but your body is stuck where you are because you the moment the task enters your mind all energy disappears. and everyone shames you and calls you lazy even though, logically, you know you should be doing the thing and you know you will be happy when you do get it done, but you simply can’t bring yourself to begin. And then your mind turns around and goes, oh this extremely random thing sounds so fun! We need to go do this right now! And so you do, but like an hour later the motivation is gone and it’s no fun anymore, and you realise you are only continuing to do it because nothing else seems fun either

Wow most of my posts are about myself. Is this narcissistic behavior? Should I be worried that I might be becoming a self-centered prick? Although actually becoming a narcissist would greatly improve my self-image, so that might not be all that bad

I act way more extroverted and outgoing when I have anxiety. I am my most talkative and social when I am actively having a panic attack. I have no idea why, it doesn’t even help and it just makes me sound really stupid since I can barely get my thoughts to be coherent

I don’t really understand why people like getting madly drunk. Don’t they fear the consequences, the hangover? I thought people generally disliked being in pain

I can understand wanting to forget all your problems for a little while but you could just sleep. or. do something you really love. especially if it’s difficult and requires full concentration then you won’t be able to think about other stuff. But sleeping is often much easier to do in most circumstances, and most people enjoy that

bleh bleh bleh overused tropes are too predictable yeah yeah I know that they’re tropes for a reason and are useful as plot things but that doesn’t mean ALL books have to conform to the same standards. stuff like not every book needs a happy ending. Yeah some people will be upset if you do that but is it a better story? Or every character needing “depth”. I’m a simple person, I like simple things, and I make simple, understandable decisions. Not everyone needs a tragic backstory or internal mental strife

What would be my favorite thing to read is when the trope is just flipped over till it’s opposite. Like, oh, you were expecting this person to be “not like the other girls”? Well that’s nice but here you go, a main character who is exactly like all the other girls! She likes to look pretty, is scared of spiders, and has some good friends! This doesn’t make her any weaker or worse of a character than the girl who hunts or weightlifts; they are simply different characters. Or, someone who wins a fight because they have more “courage” or “willpower” or is willing to endure more than the enemy expected or something. I wanna read about someone who folds under 1% pressure, but is still a good person and tries to fix the consequences
