#i was about 3 seconds away from unconsciousness #and some tiny unexplainable capsule of hope stopped me #so i think this will be the last post i ever make on this blog #because i have discovered that i have hope #and a motivation to live #and that i will someday be happy #unfollow me if you call me a fake for this #recovery is....#believe it or not......not bad #😳#its hard itll be so so hard #and long #and exhausting #but deep down i think it can be accomplished #even if i am jealous of those who dont have to deal with it along the way #:D #gn!!

update: broke my red pen

#AAAAAA #i have another one but the one i was using was that one with multiple different colors #:(

i know when people say “draw all over your arm!! :) it will keep you from self-harming!!11!!” it sounds like bullshit but i just scribbled all over my arms with red pens and it actually satisfied my urge temporarily pretty well. i just have one next to my bed so when i want to cut i scribble in the place i want to. i probably press down harder than i should but a little sting satisfies the need for a little bit of pain and that’s better than cutting
