This has been what I've been thinking about lately. I've been on the whole30 (cutting out all processed foods and sugars) for 16 days now and I've been terrified to get to day 31... I have this fear that I'll candlelight back into my 60/40 way of eating with a binge twice a week. In a odd way the whole30 has been a comfort zone for me, cutting out all the crap is easier than having just a little bit here and there. I'm trying to have faith that I can pull through and slowly become the healthy person I would like to be.
