I sheepishly told my gym bro friend that I worked out today for the first time in three months. (I honestly felt ashamed, since I lost 40lbs during my vicarage, and I've gained it back this Senior year at Sem.) In response to which, he threw up his hands in the air and shouted, "Let's Go!!!
