SO I tried to post the other day...
That the pajamas i received for Christmas are getting baggy now. I also put a pair of jeans on the other day and they fit comfortable instead of tight, other pairs of jeans that i could no longer wear are now just tight.
Also, last night I went for my 3 1/2 mile run. I am proud at how well I did this time. Each time i go I improve more. last Tuesday when we went I took me about 45 minutes to go around and to the truck, this time it took me about 40. My time has improved. The first time we went it took me about 65 minutes to go all the way around.
I'm still a newbie at running. According to my husband i run like a duck walks..... oh god, i waddle run... I'm working on that.... I also need to learn how to land properly.
I'm so sore today, but i feel like i can annihilate the hill tomorrow.

Both my girls love to workout with me. They did most of Insanity with me before I completed it. When I lift my dumbbells, they use their toys. They are amazing at yoga, with their little kid flexibility. All the while, my 1 year old son is in his playpen dancing to the music while he watches us all work out. Baby loves to dance. xD
They are one of my major motivators.

My 5 year old came up to me " Mommy can we work out?????"
lol... she asks me every day if we are going to. She doesn't like rest days or days that I only have a run scheduled... Lol
Yes, it is possible to lose your muscles. It's called atrophy. Use your muscles, keep active!
Good Morning/Day!
I woke up this morning, and i was not in a good mood at all. I didnt want to get up, but i had to go for my run. it took me a few minutes, but i finally peeled myself out of bed, took the dog out, got my running clothes on, fed the baby, stretched, and was on my way.
Today was a personal best for me and this mile of a hill. I started in the parking lot instead of on the street.... that added like half a block more to the run.
I go down the long, steep hill and around the corner, down the street and to the bridge right before the NFL stadium parking lot. I usually stop at the bridge and walk a little ways on the way back up the street. Today I ran from inside the parking lot, to the bridge, back 1/4 of the way up the hill until my legs started to burn worse then they ever have.
I only walked about 3 car lengths before i started running again, all the while the hill is getting steeper and burning my shins line crazy. I got to a spot at the top of the hill that was all wet from sprinklers going off and walked through that small area until i hit a dry spot, then ran back to my parking lot, through the parking lot, up the steps, around the corner, and to my door.
I did so well today, I am really happy with my progress. I only stopped TWICE today for a short period of time each. I hope to eliminate at least one of those stops next time.
Every time I go for a run, I improve, i push harder, i do things to entertain myself while i run to keep my head in the game.
