I guess I was already growing up like a little #yogini 😁😍 not that I've been doing that much yoga lately to be honest, I need to get back into the rhythm of all of my trainings and practices. This year will be focused on learning new skills and refining the old ones. I'm feeling shuffled around like a tennis ball but I shall soon find my balance again. For the time being my first yoga teacher assignment came back and it was an High Merit! 🎉🎉🎉 I openly talked about the Universe, Interconnections,Energies and all that metaphysical stuff that I often find difficult to explain to others and it paid back! #TheDreamCatcher in all of its beauty. This is mystical soap indeed. It was my very first soap recipe created with intentions so it holds a particular energy, like #TheMagician in the tarots. It initiated a cycle of creation which for me is very much like self portraying bits of my heart and soul. At different times we vibrate at different energies so let's say that this particular soap is great for new beginnings, new cycles. Good morning. I wish I was still in hot sunny Gran Canaria, attempting at my life while walking on rocks and cliffs to have a quick dip in the chilled ocean, while observing at blue fish and crabs hiding in the rocks. I'm in fact super scared of the ocean. No SPF for me please, I tan easily. Reality is in fact concrete jungle, no horizon to be seen,smell of pee and fried chicken wings,decomposing rubbish and humidity that gets right into your bones. Ah NO STARS in the sky at night. The beauty of trendy East London. On top of that prepacked food with no nutritional value or hyper expensive luxury organic TRENDY food that comes from the other side of the planet, picked way before its ripen and ready to be eaten.Because eating healthy and have a proper diet is only for those that can afford it. I think I'll stare at my polystyrene ceiling for the rest of the day while trying to understand the infinite ways of life and planning my escape route from reality. I shall keep on rolling, stay stoned stay true. Oh and I forgot to mention how much I love watching crack junkies queueing for their daily dose in the basketball courtyard down here, while the kids joyfully play hide and seek.
