Ok but like,,,,, odds are that Bobby was the person who discovered the boys after they ate the street dogs. Coz he would have known exactly where they like hanging out to eat so he probably would have gone to find them after talking to Rose

Like just imagine this seventeen year old kid, excited that he managed to get a girl’s number so he goes to lord it over Luke and Reggie. But instead of seeing them happily eating hotdogs and talking about the performance, he finds his best friends in the world dead or slowly dying, scared and alone in an alleyway unable to call anyone for help

the fact that in wake up, in the first part the lyrics go and you use your pain, cause it makes you you but the second time it's cause it's part of me, referencing that julie's grief is no longer the only thing she is feeling, it's still a big part of her, but not the only thing in her life and she is slowly starting to open up to emotion and to music again and it's all in the span of Wake up because singing and playing the piano again was the step she needed to take to start healing ... yeah.

The End of Julie and the Phantoms - A [very long] Theory

The core of this theory was inspired by many posts that I have seen saying that Julie’s “everything was a dream” shirt may have insinuated that nothing happening on the show is actually reality. I brought my series finale pitch to my dear friend @willexx who then helped me develop this headcanon into something I cried about during lunch. 

It starts out pretty heavy, but there are some little light things here and there because it’s what the himbos would have wanted.

We start here:

In the last episode, the boys are ready too cross over. It’s an emotional moment for everyone, they’re crying, Julie is sobbing, and we as an audience have definitely seen better days. With one last “we love you, Julie,” a flash of light overtakes the garage space, blinding our screens. 

The scene flashes to Julie lying in bed, waking up from her ringing alarm.

i just realize there are some people who genuinely dislike Bobby (and i get it you know sometimes a character isn’t for you) but imma give a run down on my liking of the boy because i haven’t seen valid reasons to dislike

Whether you think he was close with the boys or not they wouldn’t have kept him around if he was an ass

Although Julie said he never mentioned the boys we don’t know any of the full story because of the limited point of view

Saying they didn’t interact in the Now or Never is dumb considering Luke turns to Bobby right after they finish and gives him a fist bump

Also Taylor Kare said there is a lot more that you didn’t see so invalid argument

Some of y’all were sympathizing with Caleb during the first couple months of the fandom and i’m pretty sure just not crediting someone on some songs is child’s play to almost zapping them out of existence with intention

Bobby and Trevor in my opinion are different people Trevor is an ass but even I can see he cares about Carrie

You all literally only hate Bobby cause he stole their songs which is shitty obviously but there could be so many different reasons for it..and i’ve never seen one that justifies him doing it on purpose

“He didn’t sing in Now or Never” ok well the songs about living everyday til ur last if he sang and didn’t die the irony would be lost....however Taylor was super excited to do a musical and they didn’t even let him sing 😔

Overall I just think we can’t judge off of one piece of information because we have no proof obviously that works both ways which is why most of us never erase him stealing their songs we just give it a reason

Also most of you forget Julie is the main character half the time so maybe this is just something we do now

Anyway stan Bobby, Trevor is eh, Sunset Curve is not just the three white boys, and I want a redemption in season 2

Stop making Bobby a scapegoat just because we won't know the whole story.

Personally I hc the label he signed onto manipulated him in the height of his grief and had him sign a contract without letting him read it in depth and by the time he realized what he'd done he's locked into the lable. The manipulative music industry is one of my fav hcs.

Also it's shitty that Bobby didn't get a full solo in Now or Never like Alex and Luke but he was there and he was singing in it.
