OCS - Episode Three- Smallville USA

Episode Two is now coming to an end, and episode thee is starting off with a bang - or a whimper, really depends. We’ve lost a lot of people lately, and we are surely hoping no one else will disappear on us or our story! 

Please use xkit or read mores so we don’t block up everyone’s dash.

There’s not a time limit to replies, but please note we can’t move to the next episode until all of the threads are done.

As an extension to that, please don’t commit to a thread you can’t actively respond to it’s not fair to block up a character for someone else.

Gifs and images are fun, you don’t need to post one every reply though (and please be aware of their size).

Spread your wings, meet new people make new and surprising connections!

Please try to plan! Open starters are great but we’d like to limit that to only one per character. Try instead to reach out to other characters be it ooc or through chats, to plot and plan and figure out where your lovely ocs are going!!

Setting: The weather has finally started to clear, frigid winter giving way to warmer spring. Some people left camp to try and find somewhere warmer, some people died. The point is the winter is over and everyone has survived. It can only get better from here right?

You’re supposed to print it out and fold it in half to make a little booklet but you can save ink and do it on your computer :P

Hey y’all, 

So my sister just got back from the doctor, and my niece will be arriving next week!!! I’m going to take the long weekend to go and visit with my sister and help with any last second things she needs to do. This was kind of unexpected so I am sorry to the people I have active threads with. I will try to reply when I have time - but it’s kind of a big deal to me to spend as much time with her as possible right now.

When I read the part and know that I’m going to be the butt of the joke or if I’m just the sexual thing or it’s a fetish driven story, I don’t care how much money is behind the project or who’s in it, I always say no. I know some people will say I should just be thankful and take any project that comes my way but at the end of the day I want to work on projects that I feel good about sharing.

Karina Martin’s Day One

Today started like any normal day would for a preschool teacher. Karina started the day by waking up at 5 in the morning, She would turn her phone alarm off and turn her bedside table light on so that she could see her room with her good eye. After turning off her alarm and turning the light on she would emerge from her bed and head to her bathroom to shower and get ready for the day. Once her shower was over she would dress in her outfit she picked out the night before, today it consist of a pale pink almost nine crop top, a pair of jeans, an olive coloured jacket, a pair of converse. Once she was dressed she pulled her tan coloured beanie onto her head and a gray scarf around her neck. After all that she would exit her bathroom to see that the time was now going on 6am and would head to the kitchen to make a small pot of coffee and eat a quick bowl of captain crunch.

Once 7 o'clock came around Karina would be leaving her apartment to head to the school she teaches at only 2 blocks away. Students wouldn’t be arriving until about 8:00 so Karina gave herself plenty of time to reach the school and set up today’s assignment. After about a 15 minute walk she would finally arrive to her classroom and unlock the door, she always kept the door locked because everything her past and present students made were stored in there and she didn’t want anything to happen to it. Once inside her room she began to set out the cans of shaving cream, the shaving cream was gonna be used for the kids to do math in on their tables.

From 8 o'clock till 2 o'clock Karina room was filled with 15 tiny humans eager to learn whatever she teaches them. They enjoyed the shaving cream math and even the surprise jello and whip cream snacks. When 2 o'clock hit the kids all left and Karina would clean up, cleaning up didn’t take to long and by 2:30 she was looking her door and heading out of the school. Once outside that is where she saw it, what she saw was chaos. From people running everywhere to one of her students eating another one. She was so shocked she dropped her bag with her phone and all and began to run back to her apartment, while she ran she frequently ran into things on her left side as she couldn’t see them while running.

Once she made it back to her apartment she turned on the news to hear them talking about an outbreak of people coming back to life and eating others. When she heard that she began to pack a small backpack of food and a few kitchen knives, she also grabbed her hunting knife she bought a few years ago after her father’s death. Once packed she pulled the bag onto her back and made her way out of her apartment, she knew that her apartment would be a death trap if she stayed and thought leaving was the best idea.

That was day one now here we are 3 years later far from home in a camp full of some fun characters…
