listen I know anti-native racism is not specifically talked about a whole lot and also is deeply ingrained in American culture in a way that makes it difficult for a lot of people to recognize. And like I’m not going to tell someone they’re irredeemable scum for reposting the two wolves inside you meme or dressing up as a cowboy or not being super thoroughly educated on the history of thanksgiving. But at the end of the day the normalization and lack of education around Indigenous history and anti-native racism does not absolve you from your responsibility to learn about these things and to correct your behaviour.
